Chapter 16

The next morning you wake up to a heated argument that is going on in Luke's room.

"Sell her then! Why do you have to f*ck her?" you hear Kezia's voice.

"So you get to sleep with Davide and think I am just going to happily accept it?" Luke spat back at her.

"No, don't," you hear Kezia say.

"Why not?" Luke protested.

"Because Davide will smell you on me," she reminds him that a lycan has really good sense of smell.

You gather that Luke wanted something down the line of sex and Kezia didn't.

"You can shower afterward," Luke attempted again.

"Not while you are f*cking another," Kezia shouts and storms out of the room. Her eyes land on you.

"When I see you the next time I want her gone," Kezia shouts and left the apartment.

Luke storms into the living area. "Come, bring the bag."

You obey and follow him out of the apartment, wondering where you are going.

"Close your eyes," he orders you after getting in the car. The ride feels long. Hours long.
