CHAPTER 1

Mark is a CEO, owner of his own computer company, successful, happily married to Judith Carlson, who loved each other since they were children. When they were very young, they had sex at a party because of their so-called "friends" who slipped ecstasy into their drinks. Because of this, their parents decided to marry them, as they were still minors.

At the time they were 17 years old and she was 3 months pregnant. Their true love had succumbed to the carnal in a night that they only kissed, but the body and passion blocked the responsibilities, order and discipline, only who knows how to love would understand what happened that night, because when everything was over, both cried when they realized what they had done. However, they cried because they had failed their parents who had asked them to wait until their 18th birthday, not knowing that it had all been a plan of their friends, that drug had made both of their libido grow.

Without imagining that they were really victims of the plan of another person, who wanted the girl vehemently and used deception to be with her, making everyone believe that it was Mark who was with Judith.

Both families, friends and wedding guests congratulated the couple, because they knew of their great love and no one had criticized them for taking this big step in their relationship. Happiness increased when at the altar they both heard the priest say, "I pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride."

They kissed with passion and true love, exchanged glances, hugged each other and jumped as if they were little children repeating: We are already husband and wife, viva!

Their parents, godparents and others celebrated their enthusiasm, watching them jump and repeat their words. Their innocence was evident to everyone, and they applauded them in support of their happiness. They left the church holding hands. Outside, a shower of rice was waiting for them, thrown by friends of the couple. At the reception, they danced their first waltz, smiling as they did so, then more people came out and joined in the romantic dance.

David Fisher, a mutual friend from college, asked the bride to dance, they both danced to the music. David got a little close to her ear and said some words that left the new bride perplexed, however, his words left her in doubt, later forgetting, David's words were:

"At the party I met you complete, what smooth skin and that cute mole you have is beautiful.... You dance very well".

They finished dancing, David joined her in leaving her husband's side and continued dancing with the other guests, as he did nothing to watch them, Judith soon forgot what he said. Mark kissed her every moment and asked her to dance, saying words of love, which made her completely forget the words of her classmate.

They went on their honeymoon, toured Europe, traveled on a cruise ship, their nights of passion were very hot. They were very happy, they enjoyed as much as they could, those 15 days were of happiness, touring Parisian, German, Russian cities and ended up in the Caribbean. When they returned, they were received with great joy and happiness, because they arrived just two days before their 18th birthday.

They had been given a great reception, since the economic position of both families allowed them to spend money without worries. They danced, partied, laughed, but again one of the guests danced with Judith and it was David.

"Linda Judith again I am dancing with you, you are a very beautiful woman, how lucky Marck is to love you and to have you. However, ... He wasn't the one who tasted the candy when he opened the wrapper! Wow, but he does love you madly, look at him his eyes never stop watching you, hehehehehe how lucky you are woman, dance, have fun, live life to the fullest Ju-dith."

She smiled without giving importance to his words, she was dancing very happily until David called Marck to dance with his wife, something he had no need to meditate. He took Judith's hands and continued to dance with her in their embrace, while David took a seat to watch them. No one noticed his sardonic smile, a smile that revealed much that no one else knew, and he was not the only one watching them that way.

On a beautifully arranged table were two large cakes, they lit the candles to sing Happy Birthday and at the end they both blew them out. The couple were smiling and Mark's father approached them, giving them a standing ovation and the letter of admission to Harvard for him to study Business Administration, something that made the couple very happy. They will live in a building belonging to his parents so that he will be close to his family, the applause was deafening.

The day arrived when they had to leave, when they arrived, they entered their apartment, which is the biggest and most luxurious, they hugged each other very happily. The next day in her car, she went to the campus to see her classroom and other things, while Judith, with the help of a friend, arranged the apartment to her liking. When they finished, her friend left, leaving her alone.

Months passed and the big day arrived, Judith would give birth to her beautiful daughter. As luck would have it, she was not alone when her water broke, she was with her mother and her mother-in-law. They called the ambulance, who took her to the private clinic where she had her prenatal check-ups. They performed a cesarean section, delivering a beautiful baby girl they decided to name Jenna Black Carlson.

Time passed quickly, culminating her five years of schooling. He graduated as the top certified CEO in his class. They celebrated on the same day both their 23rd birthday and the 5th birthday of their beloved daughter who clapped her hands listening to them sing Happy Birthday, they were a beautiful happy family!

While Mark was studying, his father had founded a new company for him so he could please his family, especially his granddaughter, the darling of them all.

They returned to the city and went straight to their new home, which was a gift from Judith's parents. It was a beautiful and huge mansion, with service and security personnel hired in advance. They finished settling in, everyone was happy, their daughter was singing and dancing, smiling with a captivating smile for everyone.

They had tried to have another child, however, they could not, at the clinic they had given her the bad news that she had lost her ability to be a mother, they resigned themselves, even so, they already had their little girl with whom they enjoyed spending time.

However, happiness, when it is beautiful, there are always external factors that insist on ending it, and in very strange ways.

Judith coincided in the bank with David, who waited for her to finish her business and approached her almost at the exit, as he was the Manager the guards did not interfere and gree-ted.

"Hi Judith, can I talk to you for a moment?" she recognized him immediately, gave him a smile and agreed to chat with him.

"Hi David, you're lost, what do you wish to talk to me about?"

David shook her hand and they sat in the waiting chairs, they were together when he started talking to her, he looked hesitant.

"Judith, I don't know how to tell you this? Now that I am more mature, I have decided to tell you or rather confess something to you."

He looked at her with sadness and shame to be able to that truth that was eating him, he hesitated without being able to find the words, due to the magnitude of the news he was about to reveal

"Mark... he didn't touch you at the graduation party, it was.... it was someone else's trap. He was the one who set you up... and not Marck like everyone assumes."

Already with tears in her eyes she mentioned to him.

"He... He also forced me to... I also forced you... I was with you that night, he told me that he knew how much he was in love with you, I didn't want to, but... feeling pressured by him and seeing you there... naked.... I couldn't help it; besides, he says he's sure Jen-na...is not Mark's daughter."

When David confessed the truth to Judith, she was shocked, she was crying trying to control herself, but in turn she covered her face not wanting to believe what she had just heard, David was also sobbing.

"Forgive me Judith, I behaved the worst, I was young and .... I have no justification, Judith; can you forgive me...? I now that I am married and have known love, I have realized that that is something that .... Can you forgive me?"

Judith first looked at him sadly not knowing what to do, until on impulse she slapped him fiercely and said very angrily.

"I hate you, how could you? My God, it can't be true, Mark? I love him I... I don't know if I can forgive you David, what you did is the cruelest thing anyone can do."

David couldn't answer her anymore because at that very moment some criminals came in to rob the Bank, shot the guards and threatened the tellers. He tried to protect Judith with his body, but one of them recognized him as the bank manager and they pointed at him to open the safe. David refused, but an informant informed the boss that the manager had been chatting with the woman on his back, so they took Judith hostage.

"Open that damn safe or I'll shoot your 'little friend' in the head."

David being hard pressed, didn't want to be hurt, opening the safe. The other criminals emptied it, but the one with the gun to Judith's head wouldn't let go, so David said, "You got what you wanted, please let her go!"

The thief just scoffed at his words.

"No! After they all come out."

But desperation caused one of the cashiers to sound the alarm.

The boss who had Judith in his possession ordered his subjects, "Damn it! Get out now, now, for not doing what I asked you to do, I'm going to kill her Hahaha!"

David hearing this, he was very close to the delinquent, he threw himself on him, causing him to let go of Judith and both rolled on the ground, however, he could not get them to drop the gun, until a detonation was heard and to Judith's horror, David was the one who fell to the ground spilling a lot of blood. The delinquent, upon realizing this, ran out in panic; however, outside, a large shootout began between the police and the delinquents, resulting in the death of all the robbers.

On the other hand, inside the bank, Judith came crying to David's side, who was vehemently saying: "Please.... Judith, forgive me."

He was already looking at her with his gaze almost lost for he was dying; the bullet had crossed his heart.

Judith hugged him against her without caring about getting blood on herself and in turn said very sadly, "I forgive you David, I forgive you."

Receiving an almost inaudible "thank you", he died in the arms of her friend who was crying her eyes out at the loss of him, for he was a friend who, despite committing an atrocity, loved him dearly.

The news alerted everyone, especially Mark, who, upon seeing his wife in blood, left the office and ran to the elevator. He wanted to be with her in those critical moments.

As he was not so far away, he soon arrived, she was being examined in the ambulance and David's body was being brought out wrapped in a black cover. Judith was crying from the shock of seeing her friend die in her arms and for defending her.

Mark arrived and said, "Honey, are you all, right?"

She just looked at him and answered, "Now that you are here, yes love, but they killed David, I was just defending myself, they were going to kill me Marck! That fucker shot him in cold blood, he killed him!"

Marck hugged his wife giving her courage and comfort, the police approached to take her statement already calmer as her husband was there. Upon checking her and seeing no injuries they let her go home. While she went home to rest, David went to the morgue to rest in peace, but first he got rid of a burden he had, confessing to Judith what he knew and she would decide what to do with that information.

 Judith learned a secret that she never imagined existed, a very painful secret that ended in tragedy, as its protagonist died defending her from thieves, she will decide what to do now with that information, will she tell her husband? Or will she keep the secret to herself, because that is a decision that concerns only her.
