Naira was all silent in the car with just one thought in mind. She got too absent-minded to hear Parth calling out her name several times.
Her thought got interrupted when Parth spoke up as he shook Naira a little, “Ira, what happened? Where are you lost?”
Naira just shook her head with a little bit of a smile which got Parth frowning.
He spoke up not buying her expression, “Come on. Tell me.”
Naira got silent finding nothing to say at first and got her head down.
Sensing something off, he asked her again, “Who was the man with you at the entrance by the way?"
Naira looked at him this time and got uttering, “Ehan.” only to get
Ehan was getting all pissed off since the time he got to know Naira had a boyfriend. He didn’t like it at all. While passing by a park, his car got stuck in a jam. That's when he saw it. Khushi’s boyfriend, that boy was on his knees in front of another girl. The words of that guy started coming clearly to his hearing. “Stella, please don’t do this to me. I love you. You can't leave me like this.” as he kept pleading like this, the girl just kept staring at him with a blank face and at last got uttering, “You know what? I don’t love you anymore. Everything is over and now there is nothing between us.” Hearing him, Ehan got utterly shocked. He couldn’t believe he was the same guy who was with Naira and behaving like all lovey-dovey.
And spoke up, "Ira, please listen to me for once. I didn't" Naira spoke up all sternly, "You didn't what, Parth? Haan, what? I know, Ehan wasn't lying. You promised me, Parth but still you" Parth spoke up keeping his head down, "You tell me what would I have done? Stella is leaving this country. I love her, Naira. I couldn't help trying for the last time." Seeing his condition, Naira's anger melted and she got uttering sadly, "It wasn't your fault, Parth. It was her decision to leave you. She doesn't deserve your love. Be strong and move on. I am with you, Parth the way you were there supporting me when I was all broken. Don't let her hurt you again." Parth spoke up smiling a little at her, "This time I will Naira. I just didn't w
Ehan’s POV Hearing Akash, I got all shocked and couldn't get to utter anything for few moments. Akash spoke up again, “Ehan, I am not just trying to cover up my fault rather I am trying to save her emotions from getting hurt again. That time I didn't accept her as my family member but now I really do. I don't want to see her crying like that time, Ehan.” I got staring at him and then I uttered, “I am disturbed, Akash. I am not being able to think straight.” Akash spoke up with a sad smile, “Ehan, you have done a lot for me. I want you to be happy also. Don't let yourself stuck in that guilt. Forget all this and move on, yaar. It's the only option left for us in this situation.”
Akash’s POV Hearing Ehan, I got utterly shocked. The Ehan I knew would never fall for a girl. He just loathed girls for some reason. And that same arrogant guy, Ehan Sinha was asking for help and admitting himself that he was in love. Since I knew him from childhood days, I could feel he wasn’t lying. I wanted to help him as he was there for me when I needed him. He was my best friend. I gave him that dare with a girl and the girl turned out to be Naira. I could have stopped him but I didn’t. I shouldn’t blame him only as I was the same or even more guilty in all this. So giving it a good thought, I decided to
Naira’s POV Years back I promised myself that I would never break down again in front of this person but right now I was on the verge of breaking that promise. Getting myself and the remaining all strength together, I uttered my word and pushing him off me, I stormed out of the meeting room. I could feel few eyes on me out there in the office but without bothering that, I got out of the office building. I was right. He wasn’t back just for business but this time I wasn’t going to let him shake my life once again. I got back to the office thoughtlessly. Seeing me, Derek spoke up, “Did everything go fine? I hope Mr. Sinha liked our idea."
Naira'sPOV For a few days, Ehan didn't show up in front of me. Though it bothered me but at the same time, I felt somewhat relieved in his absence because I didn't need to give an effort to act normal. On the weekend I was in charge of the kitchen on the weekends like as usual. But Mom being herself kept trying to help me. Late in the afternoon, I got into the kitchen to make my favourite broccoli tomato soup after forbidding Mom to enter into the kitchen. When I was done with preparing my soup. I transferred them into four bowls and got into the living room while uttering some words to Akash. Akash always kept praising my cooking however it tasted. But I wanted him to tell me the truth. I forwarded the bowl towards him only to get shocked seeing the person I wanted to see the least. Ehan was sitting there. He was looking somewhat sad. Giving my thought a break, I
Akash'sP.O.V. At night I informed Mack about Ehan. They reached the hospital within half an hour being all worried. Remaining there for a while with me, they left as just one person was allowed to stay with Ehan at night. By the time Ehan got awaken, it was already morning. He was still looking pale. I informed Naira that I would be late for office. I wanted to call uncle Kevin, Ehan's Dad but Ehan stopped me as uncle was out of town for a business trip and he didn't want to get him worried. Mack and Rivan got into the cabin after few moments. Seeing Ehan all okay now, they also felt relieved. Doctor checked on Ehan again and suggested him
Naira was on the plane staring at the sky through the window. It was looking all clear unlike her mind which was filled with hundreds of questions. Getting her out of her thought, her phone started ringing. It was Jiana. Naira smiled a little and answered the call, "Yes Mom." Jiana sounded worried, "I am still not getting how Akash agreed to let you travel alone!" Naira tried to calm her, "Mom, please." Jiana let out a sigh and uttered, "Anyways be careful on your way and call me as soon as you land there." "Okay."Jiana again spoke up, "Be back soon, honey. Without you, it doesn't feel like home anymore and.." Naira didn't let her complete, "Mom Mom..relax. I am not going forever. I will be back soon. Take care. Bye." Completing her say, she cut off the line. An airhostess got near her and uttered, "Ma'am, we are all ready to fly. Can you please switch off your phone?" Nodding at her, Naira switched off her phone. Leaning against her seat, she closed her eyes. The lies she s
