Chapter thirty-Two

Olivia hesitated at the alpha's door. Her heart pounded erratically, and fear enveloped her like a dark shadow. She knew the alpha was furious about the incident in the bathroom and the destruction of the dress that had once belonged to his former mate. With a deep sigh, she finally knocked on the door.

"Come in," the alpha's voice sounded rude and cold, devoid of any trace of gentleness.

She pushed the door open and entered the room. He was sitting in a chair, his red eyes fixed on her, and his expression was as hard as stone. Olivia swallowed hard, feeling minuscule in the presence of such power.

"Alpha," Olivia began, her voice trembling, "I just wanted to apologize for what happened in the bathroom and for the dress. I don't know what came over me; I was blinded by jealousy, and..."

He interrupted her with a low, impatient growl. "You're not here to make excuses, Olivia. You're here because you violated the pack's rules and caused a shameful scene in front of everyone."
