Chapter 20
When Bill and Jane were discussing on the clue of the missing bullets and the magazine of the gun which was found in the secret drawer of the man’s cabinet the specialist doctor arrived at the scene. He was not at all happy at being called in the dead early time of the morning and was grumpy as hell. Jane could understand that the moment she took a look at his face. But this was not the man the she had called. She knew that the one she wanted here was a woman.“She could not come because of some problems. We work in the same department. I shall check it for you and if you still feel her need then she will come and check the body at the morgue later today. Would that be alright, Dr. Diego?” asked the man..his name was Dr. Reece.“Good morning Dr. Reece. We have been all here since about an hour and even though you are the one who should have been asleep are here and your colleagu

Chapter 21
“Calm down, Margaret,” said Olivia in a calm tone still standing there close to the door.“You shut up. You were not invited to this party,” lashed out Margaret and she was screaming at her sister. Susan could not understand what was the reason for this sudden display of violent temper and that too in front of guests. Young women of royal families were usually taught and brought up with more grace and poise than this.Margaret jumped up and advanced on her sister with her right fist already tightly wound to punch her sister in the stomach but Olivia did not move from where she was standing. Olivia was taller and had longer arms and before Margaret could touch her, she shot out her long arms and then placed her hands on Margaret’s shoulders and then gave her a violent shove. That made her fall back on to the chair and she ended up being sprawled on it.

“I would like to take a walk on the moor,” Susan declared,” to get that damned horror story out of my mind in which Billington reveled in. There are more steps at the end of the terrace,” she finally said.“I shall come up with you,” said Nathan,” There is a stony ground higher up. Thankfully I have the motoring gloves and they will work just fine. Then in case we trip, we won’t at least rip our hands.”Susan marveled at his ahead thinking. They walked a long way across the recently trimmed grass and then the slope began. So did the rough ground, littered with stones of different colours. Susan wearing her gloves reached the edge of the moor first. Behind her, Nathan who had a very sensitive nose for different odours made a face.Susan eased her way along the narrow path between the tall gorse bushes

Lancelot’s POVHe stood on the doorway, blocking any way out. He spoke softly, so softly, that I thought it might have been the wind. His hands, rough from a day’s work, held a glass of wine with such finesse. His stare was fixed on me, and it send chills down my spine. I sat on the bed-- his bed-- wondering when this waiting game would end. It's not as if being with him was a bad thing, but that it had to end sooner or later. The dread that followed every encounter frustrated me.His delicate features beguiled the roughness of his body. The scars I've seen were evident of hard labor. His demeanor betrayed all the scarring, all the hardness that one was entitled after strenuous work. He was a walking contradiction. He walked towards me, glass in hand, with intention to join the bedside. I let him do as he wanted, noting that there was no hesitation in his steps. His hand made a detour on the a

Chapter 25
It was my freshman year in college. While I had a father that paid most of my school expenses, if I wanted to have a social life or even a Big Mac, I had to get a job. As in any other college town, good jobs are hard to come by, so I took what I could get. In this case, I worked with the maintenance department at the local mall. One week, the mall had this arts and crafts promotion. Numerous vendors set up kiosks all about the center portion of the mall. One of the vendors was this guy named Robert who made little glass figurines out of Pyrex with a blowtorch. I found myself interested not only in the artwork, but also the fact that the guy told me that he was pulling down good money. Like anyone who enjoys his craft, Robert was more than happy to tell me about the business. After all, like he said, his permanent shop was about 1000 miles away, and it was not like I was going to be competing with him. During my breaks that week,

“You are right we are never going to let the papers print this monstrosity…so I am going to take Jane to meet the only man in London who can salvage this,” said Grant but Schaefer smiled at him.“I thought that you might say something like that which is the reason that I already took the liberty of calling him down here,” said Schaefer and Jane looked at him in surprise.“You let an unknown man in your lab? In your temple? In this mortuary? I can’t believe that,” said Jane with a shocked look on her face.“Well from what you know about me, making that assumption is pretty normal I would say but there is something different about this man and every homicide detective in Scotland Yard knows this,” said Schaefer as he nodded in the direction of Grant who said yes.“Jones, please ask Victor

Chapter 27
Six years ago Nothing could have surprised Olivia Billington more than to learn that she had been allotted to share a room with Roberta at the summer camp. The Tennis Club had rented a whole house on a time-share basis on the foreshore at Somerton for the week, during which there would be rigorous training sessions. Roberta Davis, a woman of thirty-seven and former champion, was the team coach. Olivia watched her now coming off the tennis court, having won yet another match 6-3, 4-6, 7-5.Nineteen year old Olivia had always been in awe of Roberta. Often she had stood still, staring at the older woman as though fascinated. She's as far above me as the stars, thought Olivia. She's all I would most like to be. Olivia's mind was constantly reverting to her. Striking-looking, tall and finely built, she might have stood as a model for a Juno. Her long red hair glowing in the sunlight.

Olivia now felt something within her respond fiercely to the other woman. She stretched out her hand and touched Roberta's arm. 'Don't go, Roberta.'She knew that despite her initial fear she was fully aroused by the woman by her side, now comprehending that something had been uncovered in her self that she had been too frightened to admit to herself. She felt she must expose her need to her companion. She sat up in bed and turned to face the other woman. For a long time their eyes locked. Olivia was very conscious of Roberta's body outlined beneath her silk negligee and the pressure of her full breasts against the material. She held her breath as Roberta sat up on the bed, and in what seemed like a single gesture, slowly lifted the negligee, drew it over her head and tossed it aside and sat naked and unashamed before her, shaking out her lustrous mane of red hair.Olivia held her breath, conscious of the fierce thumping of her heart.  Nathan’s POVLately, I'd been on my longest dateless streak and the call from Phillip had my brain wrapped around the perfect biceps that I remembered and my fingers ached to stroke his perfect six pack. We agreed to meet at his hotel's bar and he was nursing a Miller Lite when I arrived. He gave me a long, silent hug, then ordered a Captain Jack and Coke for me."Long time no see, stranger. How have you been?"The Phillip sitting across from me was markedly different from the one I'd known. He seemed dark and moody, changed by what he'd seen in the world. "Nathan, are you still gay?""Uh, yeah, Phillip. The only thing that's changed about me has been my hair line."He didn't even smile at my lame joke. The old Phillip would have. "I need to ask you a favor.""Sure. Just ask.""I need you to help me find out if I'm gay.""You need me to ... " I stopped and stared at him. "Phillip,
