Felix slowly sipped the bottle of Fanta in his hand while he scrolled through his phone with his right hand. His legs were cross-legged as she checked through the recent post of Kola and Anjola and right after it was a picture of Paula and Atinuke. Felix scoffed as he put off his data and slipped his phone back into his pockets. He didn’t know if the two couple were competing between themselves or something like that. He looked around with a frown at the noisy fresher’s who were trying to get their student union clearance. He had joined the Student Union when they were about to leave 200 level. He used it to keep himself busy. He would rather stuff himself with the information of students than allow himself to watch the couples in the house romance each other. He stood up from his chair and checked the wristwatch on his hand and the door opened and a tall guy walked in as he sighed. “Abeg, Felix, help me to address these freshers” the guy said and Felix raise

Felix blinked at Kola who was still standing in front of his door. The latter was wearing his pyjamas as well but had a shirt over his top.“Are you serious?” Felix asked and Kola folded his arms.“Do I look like I am joking or something? Let’s go for a drive” Kola replied and Felix looked at weirdly before getting off his bed and wearing his palm slippers. He removed his phone from its charger and turned to Kola.“Let’s go” Felix said as they both stepped out of the room. They walked into the seating room to see the other boys talking. David was trying to summersault eliciting loud laughter from the others.“Where are you guys going?” Paul asked as soon as he saw Felix and Kola walk out of the room.“For a drive” Kola replied and Stephen sat up immediately.“It’s past 10pm. Who goes for a drive at past 10pm?” Stephen asked and Kola shrugged.&ld

Felix stretched his legs on the sofa and placed his hands at the side of his head as they watched the TV. Kola passed the nylon of half eaten chips back to him and he took it and continued eating, his eyes not leaving the TV.“I heard that Governor’s Ademoyegun’s daughter is attending our school. I heard she’s a fresher” Paul said and Stephen shrugged.“So?” Stephen asked as he turned towards Paul who shrugged as well.“She attracted a lot of attention with her security. What’s worse is that they were armed” Paul replied and Stephen frowned.“Armed?” he asked and Paul nodded his head.“Yup” Paul replied as Kola rubbed his eyes.“Her dad is one arrogant man even though he’s a working governor” Paul said and the boys burst into laughter.“I wonder what she’ll look like” Paul said as he grabbed a handful of Stephen&rsqu

Felix laid on the bed staring into space. He could hear the other boys’ voices from the seating room. He could hear their conversation clearly as he stared into space. Paul’s question resounded in his head. What exactly was he angry about? He actually wasn’t angry. He was just flustered his friends had found out that he had a stalker and the stalker was the governor’s daughter. Ayomide had called him the first week that they had stated classes that Jomi was looking for him. Flabbergasted, he decided not to go to the Student Union building for a week after asking for permission from the President but Ayomide kept calling every day that Jomi came everyday even after a week.He didn’t know what she wanted from him so he refused to see her. He stayed away from the building even when he knew he had plenty of work to do. He just didn’t want to see her face.He was flabbergasted to see Jomi run towards him that afternoon. Seeing the

Oyin and Efe looked at her Jomi in amazement “You really went crazy” Efe said as she placed her hands under her head and laid on her bed.“Why have you been staring at your phone since anyways? Are you scared of calling him after confessing? Don’t tell me you are embarrassed” Efe said and Jomi pursed her lips.“Abeg, free me nah. Wetin?” Jomi asked and Oyin burst into laughter as Jomi adjusted herself on her bed. She picked up her phone and counted randomly in her mind before pressing call and putting her IPhone near her ear. Her heartbeat started beating wildly and both relief and excitement coursed through her when the phone started ringing. And at the third ring, a familiar sensuous voice flowed into her ears.“Hello”  Felix stretched his legs on the bed as he answered the call. He snickered as he continued talking.“Why are you calling me again?
