August looks up at Elizabeth's villa as he drives away. What has he done? He never in his life thought he would be the lying type, but now he got caught out in a lie. Driving to his villa, he silently admonishes himself for not being truthful. Elizabeth didn't deserve what he did. And to top it off, he missed her big day so he could meet up with her. 

August watches her as the elevator closes. ‘’Damn it!” he utters in irritation. Why wouldn’t she listen to him?! He needed to explain what was going on with Madison before she gets to a misguided conclusion. Running his fingers through his hair in annoyance, he glances towards her office and spots her PA staring daggers at him then proceeding to type on his desktop computer.Ah. She already had the wrong idea. ‘’Damn it!” he exclaims again and moves to leave the building. He takes his phone out of his pocket and calls her number, but as expected, she declines the call. He drives away from Blair Industries in anger and frustration.Something needed to be resolved before this got any worse. This was entirely his fault, as he knew he should have approached her about this sooner, now he might lose her over a misunderstanding. Out of the corner of his eye, he spots Elizabeth getting out of her Maybach

Finishing up her latest design, Elizabeth sighs and hangs her head in her hands. She grew tired of acting like the separation from August wasn’t upsetting or troubling her, when in reality it saddened her deeply. She felt betrayed by August. After everything they had been through, he had just given it all up for an ex-girlfriend. She picks up her cell phone

Madison Page looks up at August’s manor and grins sadly. She knew she lost August a long time ago because she chose money over their love but not a day goes by where she didn’t regret her decision. Years of being nothing but a punching bag to her husband showed her how karma worked, her son was the only light at the end of a very dark tunnel. She spots movement on the front porch and sees the manor’s front door opening.

Eldred Dereon watches his son and that woman from a distance and scowls. How did he bringing Madison Page back into August's life not work? He was basically a lovesick and obsessed boy over Madison, and when he lost her he grew even more obsessed. It's a good thing he got her out of his son's life, she would have made an awful wife and he would have forgotten his responsibility to the family.He downs his whiskey and slams his glass down. Augus
