Good day, dear reader. This is your storyteller, The Diwata once again to bring another story regarding a body of water that many find fascinating, powerful and beautiful. This time this story came from a friend of Mab's. He is actually her brother but he has long lived a life disconnected to the church he serves. But this story remains one of the highlights of his own spiritual journey and should be shared alongside the other paranormal and supernatural stories here in the Supernatural Spa. I am so happy to see you again, dear reader... So I bring to you the final installment of the Faye Falls series and hope that you will enjoy it. After all, it's nice to imagine that such creatures do exist... Well, I'm considered one of them. Hopefully, you do like my presence here...Now on with our final story for this chapter...

 Since I promised Tita that I would go to her wake, I was often at the funeral home and sometimes I would even sleep there.  Dada’s other relatives were scared of staying in that funeral house because of its not-so-pleasant reputation. Meanwhile, at Dada’s house, Tita haunted her own room during the first few days so no relatives of hers slept there either. They huddled up in the living room at night, lying down on the couches, chairs and sleeping on the floor. Then in the morning, they all went back to the wake.

With regards to ghost stories, there will always be an urban legend or a word-of-mouth story that’s connected to cabinets.  Our favorite campus, The Pines University, is one such place that has so many cabinet ghost stories that you no longer know which is true or just a story made up to scare students away from the rooms after classes end. However, for the sake of documentation, I will be including all the best cabinet stories I’ve heard from this beloved academic institution.  

Now dear reader, I want to insert a bit of local Filipino Folklore into the Spa. In the future, we will be talking about other culture's mythological creatures as well but we can start with these for now.The aswangs are humans that augment themselves with a ritual then eating innards and drinking blood.  The manananggals are also humans that augment themselves with magickal balms and consumption of human flesh, innards and blood. They mostly target unborn babes that they suck from the tummies of their mothers using a long, thin cord-like tongue.
