After Horton Wiggins' bond hearing, trial was set for a week later. Nothing that Homer did made any difference, and he was unable to get his son out of jail. Horton was adamant about pleading innocent to all charges, even though the prosecution had witnesses and the recording from his visit to RBG LLC Business Management.
