Lahat ng Kabanata ng His Highness's Lover: Kabanata 41 - Kabanata 50

"His H-Highness, King Raleigh." Ives was shocked, his eyes wide open. He couldn't believe what he just heard. Maybe he heard a mistake. Ives grabbed Lady Blaine's shoulder, his fingers digging deeply. "W-What are you saying? You're j-joking right?" Lady Blaine winced in pain. How dare this insect touch her like this? She still controlled herself and made her face sad, immediately managing to fake tears. "I'm not lying. It's true. Maybe his highness will tell you later." The colours on Ives face all faded away, making him look pale and white. His mind was blank. He couldn't think anything as he began to tremble. Millions of questions were running inside his head but he couldn't voice those out as if something was stuck in his throat making him hard to speak. "What the hell is lady Blaine saying? Is she really Raleigh's fiance? Wait.... did Raleigh lie to me? But why? He already had such a beautiful fiance and still... Why did he bring me here then? What is he planning

King Raleigh was now in his study room walking back and forth full of restlessness and anxiety. Both hands were clutched tightly as if he was trying to suppress all his negative emotions and his eyes sclera was red because of the anger. He didn't know how to explain everything to Ives without making him heartbroken. Both his throne and Ives were important to him but as a king, he loved his throne and kingdom more than anything. He had sacrificed a lot to get this gold throne and he couldn't lose it now. Both Ives and lady Blaine were necessary to him. One as a lover and one as a pawn. But now he had messed up everything because of anger. He must have coerced Ives lovingly and patiently to make him understand but he gave up on his anger. To make it worst, he slapped Ives because of his anger. He knew how delicate Ives's body was. Ives would easily get a mark on his body even if there was a slight hard press and now he had slapped him so hard. His cheeks must be swollen by now with

Meanwhile, at Sheerwood's mansion, lady Blaine and lord Nedes were sitting on the couch enjoying a wine. Lady Blaine had successfully managed to create trust issues between them and now the uncle and niece pair were celebrating it. Lord Nedes patted her head and smiled pleasingly.      "You did well, Blaine."   Lady Blaine smirked and said, "That was an easy job, uncle. Who knew that Ives would be so softhearted once if you spoke to him nicely. It was so torturing for me to talk with him."  "You did a good job by tolerating him. See now the result of it. It's so satisfying." Lord Nedes said taking a sip.  "Yeah but what about you uncle. What are you planning?" Lord Nedes smiled and said, "I'll tell you later but everything is going according to what I have planned."   "You can do anything to that insect but you aren't allowed to harm h

King Raleigh and Ives enjoyed some peaceful time as lady Blaine went away angrily without disturbing them. King Raleigh knew he also had to tell Ives about the engagement and was thinking how Ives would react. He was still hugging Ives from behind and Ives was leaning on his chest. He kissed Ives's neck and said, "You know, I love you right."     Ives slightly smiled and said, "Yes." Yes, I know even if you treated me like shit. King Raleigh tightly embraced him and said, "My engagement with lady Blaine is announced from two weeks now." King Raleigh felt Ives in his stiffing. There was no response from Ives and the atmosphere was silent. Just the cold breeze was blowing making Ives feel even colder. He knew it would happen and he understood it very clearly previously in a hard way but still, he felt like crying now. He somehow managed to smile an

Everyone was enjoying the feast in the royal court so, they missed the menacing aura led out by King Raleigh and Prince Satchell. Both were staring at each other like they wanted to kill each other. If only stares could kill, there would be bloodbath going inside the court hall. Ives felt like he was crushed between two large stones with how both were behaving with each other. he thought it would be better if he went away from here. Ives looked at his teacher who was now free. He then bowed and said, "Your highness, I remember the task given by my teacher so, I will be taking my leave. Have a nice time."   King Raleigh looked at Ives and immediately understood he was trying to leave the party. His worsened mood immediately improved and said, "Hm. You can leave." He then leaned near Ives's ear and whispered, "Wait for me in the palace."   Ives just nodded his head and was about to go and he was again stopped by ki
