A Night With Mr President のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 11 - チャプター 20

Alex~My eyes were trained on her figure as I looked at her working, I only asked her to arrange the shelf because I wanted to see her, I didn't want her to leave so soon. Earlier when I arrived Daniella had informed me about what Uriel did today. I was livid!  Uriel was like a leech, a pest! one of those family members you just have to help because of their numerous problems. but you see the thing with Uriel is that she is adopted and because of that she thinks she has a chance with me or any rich man.   It was sickening and absolutely disgusting to see her trying to seduce me. I mean she is my cousin adopted or not but apparently only I think of that, she doesn't. "I am done with the work sir." I heard Adeline's voice which brought me out of my thoughts, my gaze returned to her as she stood awkwardly in front of me. I looked at the shelf she had arranged and sighed, I couldn't ask her to do anything else.  "Perfect, Daniella will give you more lessons so you unde

Adeline~I walked into my office and dropped my bag on the table, I was still wondering what had happened to Uriel but then maybe she genuinely was sorry and I have nothing to be worried about.I heard a knock on my office door and I stood at alert, “come in.” I say and the door knob twisted, Daniella walked into the office with a smile on her face “Hey newbie.” She said and I smiled “Hi Dani, I can call you Dani right?” I asked, hoping she wouldn’t be offended. She scoffed and waved it aside “I don’t mind it, Mr McGuire should be here soon but I was hoping you would want to catch lunch with us.” She said and I raised my eyebrows “Us?” I say and she chuckled “Well me and two other colleagues, I know that you are new and might want to get lunch with us.” She said. I smiled at her and nodded “I would love to.” I say and she sighed “I’ll see you during lun

Adeline~I finished up with my lunch although it was a little awkward, I don’t know why though, maybe because Uriel kept forming some sort of small talks. After lunch I walked back to my office and continued with my work. Time went by and it was already closing time. I wrapped up work for the day and picked my bag. My phone started to ring and I picked it seeing that it was Eva calling. “Wassup?” I say and walked out of the office after locking the door. “I’m good, you good?” She asked me “Yeah, I just got off work.” I say and hopped into the elevator. “Wanna come to the club?” She asked and I looked at the time, it wasn’t late so why not? “Sure, be there in ten.” I say and cut the call. The elevator dinged and I walked out of it, I walked towards the entrance but stopped when I heard someone call my name repeatedly, I turned to look at who was calling me “Ryan?” I say and he smiled at me “I s

Adeline~Gina rushed out out of the kitchen with tears in  her eyes, Daniella rushed after her leaving Ryan with me. “I have to go now.” I said and picked my phone from the table, walking out of the kitchen. I walked towards his office and stood outside, taking a deep breathe and exhaled, I knocked gently on the door and heard him call at him to come in. I opened the door and walked into the office. He was standing by the portrait window. “Y-You asked me to come here sir.” I say and he turned to look at me “Yes, I did.” He replied. He walked closer to me and stood right in front of me. My heart skipped a beat on the close proximity between us. “We will be leaving for Germany tomorrow evening, I have a business meeting there and you will have to go with me.” He says and my eyes widen. Truly Dani has told me about Travelling and all of that but I

Adeline~My eyes widen as soon as I noticed Alex get down from his car, “Mr Wendy can we please talk about this later.?” I asked impatiently, hoping he would actually say yes and walk the fuck away. “No! I want my money now if not get out of my house.” He yelled, making me flinch at the tone of his voice. “I-I will pay you your money and Wendy, I’m just asking you to give me a little time till the end of this month, I recently got a job and will-“ “I am not interested in your cock and bull stories Adeline, If you can’t pay me the rent the you know there are other ways to pay me, Have fun with me and I will forget you are owing me house rent and let you live here for as long as you want for free, as long as you can co-operate.” He said and pulled my hand closer to him, I shuddered with disgust “Mr Wendy, I will give you your money but please stop hinting at things like this.” I snapped and jerk
