I am running out of time. I should immediately find a job or else I will lose a place to stay. Ayoko namang magmukhang basang sisiw. That's shit!I wore a plain shirt and maong pants. After checking myself in front of the mirror, I went out of my apartment. She was probably at school, attending her other class.I continued walking. She smiled upon seeing me."Hey!" She said as she pulled the earplugs from both of her ears. She was in her exercise attire that real

Race's POV I don't know how I got back to my apartment. All I could remember is that I go to bar with the guys and got wasted. My vission's still spinning. I strode towards the door and pulled it, revealing the confused look on Trish's face. Race's POVI already told Lucas that Trish will join us in the trip to Batangas. They just agreed that's why Lorenzo decided to bring the van instead of his four seater car. I am done packing my things. Everything was compromised. Wala naman din kasi ako masiyadong dadalhin. Mga damit lang pamalit. Besides, it just two days and two nights. Hindi naman kami magtatagal sa Batangas. The road trip will start by four at the afternoon. Sa circle magkikita-kita ang lahat. I don't know why but I am excited to see Zena though we always have time to chat in messenger about random things. I am just longing to see her. I badly want to see her.I went out of the room and walked towards Trish's room. I knocked on the door."Come in!" She yelled.

Race's POV"Hey? Pwede ba kitang maabala saglit?" I asked Lucas while holding the camera in my hand. Napatingin siya sa hawak ko."Sure." He replied."I just want to shoot you. Just introduce yourself and answer my question." I explained. Now, I got all of their attention. Everyone's waiting for him to speak up even though I haven't press the button yet."Ah. This is kinda awkward for me. Nakakahiya. Nanunood kayong lahat, e." Sabi niya sabay kamot sa batok.

Race's POV I accepted my fate. But I was wrong as a pair of hands held me by my armpit. I opened my eyes and saw him. He pulled me up carefully. I never thought I will be saved. Akala ko lupa na ang kababagsakan ko. "Thank you, Lucas." I said afterwards. He was panting for air as his palms were pressed on his knees. "I should have known earlier edi sana hindi pa nangyari sa inyo 'to. Muntik ka nang mapahamak, Kuya." He said in between his deep breaths. "Sorry." I
