The haunted sounds of a wolf's broken-hearted song lit up the darkness inside Dante’s mind, just like it had done every night since he left his mate asleep in their bed almost a year ago. Dante turned his head on a swivel in the obscurity, even though he knew he was still asleep. “Why do you do this to me every night, Theo!
