22) Swamp wolf Voodoo

Moxie grinned as Mj leaned her head over on his shoulder and drifted off the sleep within an hour of being back on the road. The rough around the edges, wolf leaned back against his seat and gently guided Mj’s head to his lap, so she could stretch out on the bench. She observed in awe as very large, muscular young men and women ran around staking stings of lights into the ground. Moxie groaned, and his body language became restless and jerky as the silhouette of an elderly woman with lush white hair and warm but pale brown skin slowly lit up in the weak glow of the strung up light bulbs.
