Daeira was panting so hard while she massaged her knees when she actually tripped  while running after the king. No one can blamed her if she tripped when the surrounding became  as dark as the King's mood right now. She had no idea where he went but she was confused as what direction she should take. Left or right. She had reached the east part of the place when she literally hit the wall and made her sprawled down the floor again.
