Shawn walked into the dungeon and up to the bed Aldridge was lying on. Aldridge looked up at him and smiled, he looked back down at Anthony and said, “Your son seems odd.”Shawn chuckled, “Very cautious if you ask me.”“And observant,” Aldridge added. Shawn sat down on the bed and kissed Aldridge on the lips. As he pulled away he frowned saying, “You taste like fish.”Aldridge rolled his eyes, “Mrs Wright gave me fish soup. When are you two leaving?”“When Joshua wakes up,” Shawn answered.Aldridge rolled his eyes, “Well, I see he has yet to learn his lesson, are you sure I cannot kill him?”

Shawn arrived at Silas’s house with his son and Agnus but told Agnus she should wait in the carriage until he needed her. She nodded but needed to use the toilet so he let her be. He walked into the house with his son and Agnus behind him and made it to Aldridge’s room after showing her the way to the toilet. He knocked on the door but there was no answer. He opened the door and looked inside and saw that Aldridge was still asleep. He smiled amused and walked in closing the door.He walked over to the bed and sat down. He fixed Anthony to sit properly on him and pulled the comforter off of Aldridge. Aldridge’s mouth was parted slightly and as tempting as it was to kiss him. He reached over and pinched Aldridge’s nose closed and twisted it.

Joshua was sitting in the dining room with his son in his arms having breakfast when Shawn walked in. Joshua smiled at him thinking Shawn was going to give him a kiss but the arsehole just sat down and didn’t even greet.“Good morning to you too,” he said with a hint of malice in his voice.Shawn looked at him confused wondering what he had done to piss Joshua off now. “Good morning, why are you angry?” Shawn asked and dipped his spoon into the fruit bowl set out for him.“Oh well, I thought I would at least get a kiss from you seeing that you just left Matthias and me here for two days and took your other son with you. Speaking of which, where is your son?” Joshua questioned him.

Shawn made his way to the port far away from the capital to the north. He walked along the port with his walking stick wearing an emerald suit and looked dashing yet intimidating.His walking stick tacked on the cement with each step he took and when he reached the docks, the wood creaked under him. He got many curious looks from the fishermen and sellers.As he walked down the dock he found a ship named Lona Nou. He stopped in front of it and couldn’t see anyone on the ship. He walked back up the docks and looked for someone -- anyone to ask questions.He stopped in front of the sellers and asked, “Do you cook these?”The man looked at him curiously and nodded his head, “I do master but these are not what the nobles eat.”
