Eleana, Ayden, and the rest of the people returned to the Santoro villa after the party was over. Everyone returned to their rooms, saying they were tired as soon as they entered the living room. Eleana noticed Antonio and Luca walking towards Antonio's study. The expressions on their faces weren't good; she could tell. It made Eleana curious to know what happened to them."Gosh! I'm so tired." Lucia groaned while stumbling on her steps. Eleana watched Emiliano help her walk up the stairs. She had a little too much drink, which made her tipsy."I will get going too. See you in the morning, Eleana. Good night." Amara also excused herself while glancing at Lucien from the corner of her eyes. His attention was already focused on her. Eleana smiled and nodded at her."Good night, Amara." Eleana greeted her back when Lucien suddenly spoke up."I have something important to do, so I will also excuse myself. Good night, Belle." He cleared his throat before speaking. Eleana wanted to roll her

The car ride to the hospital was filled with silence. Eleana was still upset because of the incident that took place in the morning. Moreover, Lucien suddenly flew to Canada without informing her. It added fuel to her already sour mood. Ayden was sitting on her left, while Eirene was sitting on her right. Leonardo was in the driver's seat, while Elio sat in the passenger's seat. None of them spoke a single word after what happened at the dining table. The more Eleana thought about it, the more her will to take her siblings and her mother out of there grew. Ayden glanced at her, worried, before reaching out for her hand, which was placed on her lap. He grabbed her hands, making her look up at him. When their eyes met, Ayden lightly squeezed her hands while gesturing to her to relax and not worry. Eleanor stared at him for a few seconds before letting out a defeated sigh. She nodded and intertwined their hands. It made Ayden smile. After around an hour, they finally reached the hospital

A couple of days went by, with Eleana frequently visiting her mother in the hospital and spending most of her time with her there. After her heated argument with her grandfather, she avoided his presence as much as she could because of how upset she was with him. Her days were going fine until Ayden received an urgent call from Canada, which made him fly back yesterday. Ayden didn't want to leave her there, but Eleana forced him to go, saying she would be fine there. But contrary to her words, she was feeling exactly the opposite. She had been missing him badly since the moment he left. She felt a hollow emptiness in her chest. She wished at least Lucien was there with her, but he was also stuck with the company work. The only good thing was that she was able to spend a lot of time with her two siblings and get to know them better. She spent most of her days with them. She could proudly say they were now inseparable. She also built a close bond with Amara over time."Eleana, see, Elio

In the evening, everyone got ready on time before leaving for the VIP restaurant where they were going to have dinner. At first, Eleana didn't want to go there because she felt really tired. Recently, she started getting nausea frequently, making her feel sick and drained. Another reason was that she had some work to do once they left. But unfortunately, she decided to go because of Eirene and Elio. They were pretty upset once they heard that she wasn't going.Eleana didn't want to upset them or make them feel left out among all the people. Besides, she found something interesting about the Costa family. Roberto Costa was one of the council ministers of Italy. He had a high position in the Italian parliament. But the more interesting fact about the Costa family was that Roberto Costa's sister was married to Alessio Ricci's younger brother, Dante Ricci. Eleana was surprised to find the information after she searched for it on the internet. Eleana wondered why the Santoro family would a

Eleana quietly followed them without getting noticed by anyone. Everyone was busy with the upcoming wedding planning, so they didn't pay any attention to anyone. She reached the door they vanished into. It was slightly ajar. So Eleana pushed herself in without making any noise. After entering the door, she found a long, empty corridor. It made her frown because she had no idea where they went after it. Eleana debated with herself if she should look for them or just go back inside. She decided to do the first thing that came to her mind. She checked a few doors while going through the corridor. Every single one of them was either locked or empty. It made her frustrated. Besides, she needed to get back inside before anyone noticed she was missing. Just as she was about to turn around, she heard some noise coming from somewhere. Someone was shouting.Eleana quickly followed the noise and reached a room. The door was empty. When she peaked inside, she found Lucia crying and shouting at a
