13(2/2): Dawn Pauline’s POV For the second time around, Jasper left me hanging again. After he told me to make chaos flew away like a bat because he said he had an emergency, and I’ll make sure if he showed up again I'd slap him again.  Now, we are in the park in the neighboring rural area as Xio promised to me. I can say that it is fun here, well, all of the people here are partying. It’s not even noon, but there’s a group of men drinking beer. They have a bulky body that seems to scare anyone, but I’m not scared.  “Dawn, do you eat?” Xio asked and I nodded. I’m not that hungry but I want to try their food.  “Yeah. Sure.” Then he pulled me to one of the eatery here. The savory aroma of the food that they are cooking is mouth-watering. 15: Warned Three days before the Annual Ball, Dawn waited for Jasper because he promised that he will help her. To be honest, she’ll waiting for his appearance since the day they left in their house. Dawn think that it is a good thing that they never showed up again but she is wrong, after he saw Dustine again for a long time it’s like she longed for something. And she feared for the possibility that maybe something had happened to them, because they promised that they would come back after that night but they didn’t. She has sleepless nights, she can’t afford to sleep and have another nightmare about the two of them. “Dawn, eat up. You’re not eating properly in the past few days.” Xio scolds her as she is just playing with her food on the plate. They are having their dinner. 

17: ChaosThe day of the ball came, in Tantrana Forest, Dustine’s territory, everything was all set. The trees and grasses are trimmed, the gate can be seen now, it was like from horror feels forest turn into classy-elegant, you can already see the kingdom they are hiding for.  It’s almost ten in the evening, meaning there is no sunrise to hide for, but there is a full moon that shine through the night sky, as well as the star. But the weather is unfair, since it’s already winter, thankfully the snow isn’t showering yet. 19:  Leave After an hour or so, Dawn finally calms down. James just stayed by her side like what he promised. Acantha gets in the room with water in her hand and hands it to Dawn.  “I’m sorry. I’ve got trouble,” she said to Acantha. She then held hand and squeezed it.  “No. No. It’s okay, honey. I understand.” she caressed Dawn’s hair before hugging her.  For the first time Dawn felt the warmth of a mother. A mother’s hug will always be comforting. They parted when Jasper broke into the room. Anxiety flashes in his face, and worries are shown in his eyes before anyone can ask him what happened, he ran to Dawn and hugged her.
