She took a peek at his face. It was a familiar face. She had seen this man in the meeting before and he had been eyeing her. But why did he come to her room this late at night? Soon she began to feel something. He was touching her all over. Now she was booming with anger. Before he could touch her again, she kicked him to the wall. She could see the man clearly now. He was a middle-aged man. The man stood up and came towards her. He caught her hands and started to touch her again. This time she was really angry. So angry that she landed a slap on his cheek. His cheek had now become swollen like a red tomato. "You *****, how dare you slap me. Do you even know who I am? How dare you!," the man yelled. "I don't need to know who you are. "Alright, let's see what you guys have got," Raschel thought as she walked to the armory. As she got closerto the armory, she could see a few people running in and out, rushing out to the battlefield. Then she realized that she had no time to waste as the more time she wasted, the more the deaths would occur. She hurried inside, grabbed a bag and ran to the changing room. She hurriedly got changed into her battle suit. The battle suit sure felt uncomfortable at first as it hugged her body tightly and with a mask covering her face which made it difficult for her to breath. She came out of the dressing room only to find William waiting for her. "Whatare you doing here?" she asked him.  To which he replied, "I'm waiting for you," William replied. "Do you know what you are doing? You wasted so much of time waiting for me whereas there are millions of lives at stake out there. How could you show such recklessness?" she

All the humans tried to flee or fight them, but unfortunately they weren't fast enough to avoid getting slaughtered and burned alive. Some managed to escape and make their way back to their villages in hopes that someone would help. But no matter which way they turned, nobody came. They were alone and helpless.Eventually, everyone else had either perished or run far away leaving only their own children to defend themselves against these beasts. Some fought them valiantly, while others did their best not to give in to fear and gave up.It didn't take them long to lose all hope and surrender themselves to the dragon clansmen.
