After our impromptu trip to Walmart, Katie and I were heading back to the apartment building and my phone buzzed, letting me know I had a text message. I looked down at my phone and saw it was from Tyler. I totally forgot to send him a message giving him my address. I was kicking myself in the ass mentally. Whoops. Tyler was a natural in the kitchen. He moved with such ease and grace throughout and didn’t ask to go through my cupboards or drawers to find what he needed. I honestly didn’t mind. I got this warm and fuzzy feeling in my belly, watching him. “Where did you learn to cook?” I asked, as I moved out of his way, while he was measuring flour. “Wait, are we making homemade dough?” He looked at me like I grew two heads. “How else are we going to make pizza?” I tilted my head. “I learned how to cook from my mom. Tyler pulled back from kissing and sucking on my neck, and I didn’t want him to stop, but if we were ever going to have dinner, I guess we had to. I tugged him closer to me again, since he pulled away, and I gently kissed his lips again. “We should probably finish making dinner.” He chuckled, and I grumbled. He took my hand and helped me off the counter, and then he put his hands on my hips and turned me around to face the counter, with him right behind me. He showed me know to knead the dough and stretch it, and he wanted to teach me how to toss it in the air, but I refused. I brushed my teeth and my hair, and then pulled on some panties and a loose t shirt to sleep in, and I climbed into bed. I didn’t bother to turn on the bedroom tv to fall asleep. Getting out of the elevator in the car park for the apartments, felt like a thousand pounds were lifted off my chest. I was able to breathe again. The work day was easier than I expected and since I got to leave at 11, it would be nice, but Katie didn’t get lunch until noon. So, when everyone left to go to PT and lunch, I stayed in the office and finished up looking over work orders, than we needed to do by the end of the week. I was in the middle of organizing them by priority, and by when they orders were placed. I wanted to make sure if they were older orders placed, that we got to them first, as long as it wasn’t a major issue that needed serious attention, for safety concerns.There was a knock on the office door, that I had closed after YN2 left to go to PT and lunch. “Come in” I called out, and the door opened. After lunch, I drove Katie back to the work building and she was letting me use her truck since she is on duty, so I drove to the DMV. I didn’t care that I was in uniform, I just needed a new driver’s license, since I only had a few weeks until mine expired, and because I now live in a different state. I parked her truck and went into the DMV. There weren’t too many people here, so hopefully I’d be out of here in about an hour. I filled out the necessary paperwork and waited in line. There were only 6 people in front of me. By the time I got to the front counter, I glanced behind me and there was about 20 people behind me. Ok, so this DMV is just as busy as the one back home in New York.
