Lahat ng Kabanata ng I HAD ME A BOY : Kabanata 211 - Kabanata 220

"Really?" he asks curiously. "Well I think both of you are my guardian angels. So, let me ask. How did you break up with the guy?" he asks."That night at the Masquerade ball, after we caused chaos all over the place, I told him I never wanted to see him. Of course he kept calling and texting but I never called or texted him back. I was completely broken. Too broken that I couldn't see myself being in love ever again. But you... you showed me the light. You took good care of me and put a smile back on my face so naturally that I'd never forget how wonderful it felt. That's when I realized that you'd been with me all that time yet I couldn't see it. I couldn't see that you loved me more than a friend and I realized it when it was too late." I exhale a shaky breath and stare outside the window, trying not to cry. Seconds later, Scott's fingers sneak underneath my chin and he tilts my face towards him. "Please don't be sad. I'm right here," he says with a smile on his face. "Come on,

As we are driving along the ocean road, I notice a vehicle that's been following us for a while now. The person doesn't want to overtake yet I am in no hurry. I signal the driver to drive past us but instead, the vehicle rams into mine from behind and before I know it, it's on my right side and the driver mercilessly knocks my truck once again. One glance at Kyrah and I notice she has closed her eyes and is now screaming. Up ahead of us, there's an incoming large truck and if this stupid asshole doesn't stop this, we're all going to die. The truck in front of us has its headlights fully on and when I turn my eyes to the right to look at the driver of the vehicle, I am tongue-tied at that moment and my entire body turns to ice as the person, a man, knocks us off the railing. The last thing I hear is Kyrah screaming and a very loud bang. Then, darkness.I jump up breathing loudly, my heart is thumping faster than usual and, I am covered in sweat. All I can see is darkness and then it h

Kyrah's POVAbout a week later.Things have been easy and Scott and I have been avoiding talking about my encounter with Blake outside his house.A few days ago, he told me about an odd nightmare that he had and that he saw us getting involved in an accident.I am not sure if what he dreamed about was the exact thing that happened to us because he wasn't very clear about it. Plus the dream itself was too twisted to understand.Right now I am at the mall with Wren. She asked me to take her shopping for some nice lingerie and I thought 'why not?'. Since I've been spending most of my time with either Scott or Snow. Scott and Vic are hanging out at Roxy's place.Wren looks super excited right now and I have no idea why she's so jovial so early in the morning."Don't you look a little too ecstatic about getting new lingerie?" I ask her as my eyes scan the hot, sexy, red bikini displayed on a mannequin."Who wouldn't be excited about getting new lingerie? Plus I nearly get excited every sin

He's stroking my hair slowly and kisses the top of my head and he waits till I am calm and quiet. "Wait here for a sec," he says and kisses my lips. He walks to a part of the living room and walks back with a bouquet of red roses and hands them to me. I can't help but smile and pull him into a hug. "They look so beautiful. Thank you so much," I say as I wink away a tear. "Here, let me hold them for you," Roxy says and I turn around and hand her the flowers. When I turn back around to look at Scott, I find him kneeling on one knee and he's holding a cute little blue jewelry box. I gasp and my eyes bulge. He rakes his fingers into his dark brown hair and licks his luscious lips as his gunmetal blue eyes bore into mine. There's just something about the way he looks at me. Like I am the only girl in the entire universe. "Kyrah, I have been away from you for too long and I saw how damaged you looked when you realized that I couldn't remember you or anything about this place. A part of

Blake's POVMy head has been pounding for more than twenty four hours. I think it's a migraine. My eyes, as red as blood, are twitching every now and then and it's fucking annoying. My hands are shaking like weak tree branches, I can barely hold anything in my hands without dropping it. But I need alcohol, to calm myself down. I haven't slept for weeks! I have been drinking excessively that sometimes I even forget where I am. This is the life that I have been living for the last two years. One word to describe my life right now: Damaged.Every single bottle of whatever that may keep me drunk, that crosses my eye, I down it without any hesitation. Gin, vodka, whiskey, rum, name them all. I started off with wine from my family's company but that didn't do it for me. Wine didn't make me feel drunk as I wanted to be. I needed something stronger and as a result, I became more aggressive, agitated and livid at no one in particular. But I am pretty sure I've been angry with myself. No doubt
