She breathed a sigh of relief the moment he left the room.   She realized that the previous girl was naive. She has been rejected by boys her age that when someone showed her a favorable response, she relished it, even if the other one is much older than her.   Dawn was aware that age gap is not the issue, but that the other party is still a minor and was not completely capable of making the right decision as their worldview barely scratched the surface. The previous girl hadn’t thought about the consequences as of yet and only focused on the attention she was receiving, the thrill of being with an older man, her teacher at that. She didn’t think about what would happen if they took these little flirtations seriously and if it was found out. He would lose his job and they would both have ruined their reputation.  

On the next day, Dawn arrived in Trinity Institute, early as usual.   The campus was still free from noise. The class went smoothly with no interruptions from the students.
