Elizabeth Walters~ Unfortunately, the rain decided to interrupt us just as we kissed, it began to drizzle. In a few minutes began to pour heavily. We scurried off to the picnic mat and grabbed all of our stuff, rushing towards the car so we don’t get drenched in the rain although it was all foiled. We still got wet while trying to open the car. I couldn’t help but laugh at the state we were in, not only did I just have the best date of my life but I am also getting drenched in rain just like the first time we met. I wanted to cry but this time happy tears.  “Elizabeth, get in the car,” Zane yelled fromthe other side as he put all the things into the car. I rushed in and waited for him to get

Elizabeth Walters~ “I had a lovely night and dinner of course.” Zane says as we stepped out of the house, a smile embraced my lips and I nodded. “It was nice having you over.” I tell him, he wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him. “I’ll miss you so much when you leave tomorrow.” He tells me. I told him about Travelling to Seattle for a week. Mom has mandated it and I have to go. Maybe this is finally the chance I’ve been waiting for to finally get Ellie back to her parents place.  “I’ll miss you too but it’s just for a week and after then I’ll be back again.” I tell him, swiping my hands through

He couldn’t even talk. It was heart wrenching but now, he could talk and I was happy for that. “Hey.” I heard a voice say behind me and turned around to see who it was. A smile making it’s way to my lips

Elizabeth Walters~ “Elizabeth.” Mom called my name, I turned to look at her, wrapping my arms around my body.“Ma?” I responded, watching her sigh, rubbing her forehead softly. She took a sip of the ginger tea in her hands and looked at me. “I noticed your mood has been sour since this noon, I know it’s because of what we spoke about but you know I only have your best interest at heart. Zane isn’t the best person for you.” She tells me. I resisted the urge to roll my eyes “That’s not for you to decide mom, this is my life and not yours. I would rather not spend my stay in Seattle annoyed. I just want to be happy. How do you judge someone you don’t even
