Caspian's POVIt didn't feel good when I told her those things that I didn't mean to but I have to. She looked at me with her teasing look, was wondering when did she turn like this. She acts and speaks like a different person.We all agreed with this set up and it somehow bugs me that it seems like she just woke up one day indirectly telling me through her actions that we are not doing things as how we planned to do it.I was trying to calm myself when I suddenly received a text "Karma is so quick, what's the difference between marrying me and marrying her? Fool."It was my ex-girlfriend, the fling I had in the mean time but she told me she had fallen in love with me and that I am responsible and should marry her. I broke up with her because I am not emotionally attached to her but she is like a leech, too hard to remove. She follows me everywhere I go, she can't let go and she's acting like a total stalk

Caspian's POV"Look, I did not mean to break up with you." I tried to hold her hands but she refused. Looking tormented, I faced the ground.I know this might sound gay but how come I'm willing to stoop with my ego just to have her stay with me.Being in love is insane, I lost my cool trying to keep this woman who do not want to be kept."I want you and you know that I've shown you just enough to support my claim. You are the first woman to ever make me feel that I needed to change to become a better man."I know that this personality that I have changed a lot in a short span of time but considering how fast my heart beats when she is around, how I felt that tingles in my stomach and how I7 suddenly fall for her smile, I knew she is the one I wanted to be with. The only thing that keeps us apart is the fact that I am going to get married to the best friend of the woman that I love.

Anica's POV"No," I said without removing my eyes from them. "Your look says otherwise." Janine teasingly said while handing me out a glass of wine "Here, take this. It might chill your jealousy down.""I said, I am not jealous, okay?" I responded with a gritted teeth. "Okay then, that stare that you are making might actually kill them." It was just a plain stare- with bitterness obviously drawn."Stop teasing me, I did not yet forgot that I have some grudge towards you. You are not yet forgiven." She sat down immediately and cling on me- that's the worst part of this woman."Ugh, please there are so many guest.""And? Can't I be this sweet to my bestfriend? Hmpt! Are you throwing me now because you already have a husband?! So Am I going to be replaced?" the crazh woman said."No, it's just you are sitting on Caspian's supposed to be chair. Obviously you are making yourself a highlight at this point." I grabbed her

Anica's POV"Thank you," I said waving goodbye to my brother and my friend, they were about to head out.Caspian was not here in the house when we got here. He must be still on the bar-drinking."I will have a word with that scum when he gets here, tell him I said so," Aaron said. "By the way, your personal doctor will check on you here later, you stubborn human!""All right, I get it. I just don't like hospitals and the media are gettin' into my nerves.""So your coping mechanism is using your power to bring hospital inside your house? tsk. So witty.- The undeniably intelligent brain of yours."The sarcastic tone. Aaron knows that I do not really use our family's power to my own benefit but that does not mean that I won't use it.I hired a personal doctor to check up on me because I wanted to go home- there's peace.

Anica's POVIt is like a dream, seeing him this thoughtful. Ever since he asked me if we can give it a try, he changed- a lot. "Wife, what do you want for lunch?"I am not yet getting used to our new set-up and our endearment but I have to admit that I like this one better."Can I have a fried chicken? Please." I said.He smiled at me but with some wrinkle on his forehead. "Do you love  chicken that much?"I excitedly nod. I've always been in love with chicken, my favorite all-time food."More than me?" He said in a pout.I just released a giggle. "Would you be sad if I say yes?" He nods like how a child nods when they get what they like."Then no.""So you do you love me? Hmm." He teased. Oh crap, I knew it! This side of him always put me in a sile
