KairoFour years agoI punched the walls of my room. She’s gone. Emery’s gone. I shifted to my wolf and ran through the forest. I wanted to clear my thoughts away from her, but it was of no use. She was all I ever thought off, starting from back then and up until now.I settled near a tree and whimpered in disappointment. I let her go once again. I promised back then that I’d treasure her when she came back to me, but I failed to do that once more. I ran and ran until I couldn't feel my legs anymore.I wanted to run away from this place and find Emery, but that would mean leaving the pack behind and making The Council suspicious. I sat down in my room and pondered upon the choices that I’ve made.Was it really worth it hurting Emery so bad? She doesn’t deserve anything that I’ve done to her. She deserves to be loved, but I treated her like shit. And now I’m fucking miserable because of my own actions.

EmeryI woke up and felt a warm presence beside me. I opened my eyes and saw Kairo’s handsome sleeping face. I smiled to myself as I recalled yesterday’s events. I carefully reached out to the other side of the bed and felt relieved when I felt Arlo sleeping in the corner. I turned to the other side and gave him a kiss on the cheek. It feels like I’m with limited edition Ken dolls— with Kairo as the full-sized Ken doll and Arlo as his miniature version.They must still be tired, so I let them sleep in. I quietly moved out of the bed and went to the kitchen to prepare our breakfast.
