LuxHanging out with Ellie is fun. She is like no one I have ever met. Most people I meet have grown up as a higher up in their pack or to serve a higher up. So, most people are kind of rigid and don’t show their true colors. Not Ellie, I’m not sure what rank she used to hold before becoming the Gamma Female of the Bloodlust Pack, but she is loud, isn’t afraid to speak her mind, and treats me as if we’ve been best friends our entire life.On our drive back to the pack house, I notice how reckless of a driver she is as we’ve hit the curb at least twice. I make a mental note not to ride with her if I have another option. When she parks, she rushes around to help me out of the car and says, “It was nice getting to spend some time with you, Lux.”I chuckle nervously but feel grateful as both of my feet are now on solid ground and say, “It was nice going out with you, Ellie.”I smell

SilasIt’s been almost two weeks since Lux left. Everything and everyone seemed different without her. For me, the whole place just seemed duller without her. She always brought the light into the room and without her, the whole place just seems lifeless. Kai seemed lost without his sister. I was eager to get to the Dark Moon Pack. David avoided everyone except for Charlotte. Iris and Calvin were in perfect bliss with one another, and Amber just seemed lost. It’s hard not to hurry Amber, but I know she wanted to come here for a reason, so I’m trying hard to respect that. But everywhere I look, I am reminded of Lux or Charlotte and constantly being haunted by my only love and my rejected mate is taking a toll on my mind.Amber wanted to be around Iris and Calvin, but she got depressed after being around them too much. Calvin has hung out with me a bit to give the sisters time to be with one another. B

LuxTonight, I will officially be Luna of the Bloodlust Pack and will lose my connection that I have to my family. I mind link my brother, deciding to see if he ever saw the vision. I have so many questions, but I can’t stop thinking about it.I’ve never seen colors before; I don’t know how to describe what I saw. All I know was that was my wolf and Silas’s wolf.I make the connection with him and say, “Kai?”The smile on my face gets bigger as I hear my brother’s voice. I didn’t realize how much I missed him till I heard his voice. “Good goddess, Lux! You scared the crap out of me. How are you? I miss you.”“I miss you too, bro. Now, I linked you for a reason.”He groans through the link and asks, “Did you see the vision?”“I did. Did you mean to send it to me?”“No, it wasn’t intentional. I

Lux I took a deep breath before I walked down the path that was made for me. I walked slowly and occasionally I could hear someone whisper a small direction like, ‘a little to the left’.I made it to the small platform they have and Apollo came closer to me and took my hand as he led me up the steps. He whispers so quietly that no one else could hear, “You look gorgeous, beloved.”The corners of my mouth twitch up in a small smile and I hear him clear his throat before he speaks to our pack. He speaks loudly so everyone can hear, “Bloodlust Pack, it is an honor for me to introduce to you your new Luna. Everyone here has seen our Luna and tonight she is getting integrated into our pack as she pledges her allegiance to us and connects with us through the mind link.”People begin to clap, but it doesn’t last long, not yet. I know that by the time the ceremony is finished that the applause

Silas Leaving the Royal Pack is a lot more difficult now that I know about Kai’s visions. I’m really worried about him; he doesn’t have anyone to confide in now that Lux’s bond is broken with the pack and now, I won’t be here for him either.I can’t help the giddiness I feel about starting over in a new pack. This just feels like the best move for me. Calvin, Iris, Amber, and I just got into the car that is bringing us to the pack and Iris is bouncing with her excitement. Calvin seems amused by her actions and Amber seems anxious about going home. I wish that her trip could’ve helped her more, but she doesn’t seem to have processed through anything and I wonder if she will leave to try and live a more normal lifestyle. She’s my friend and I support her regardless, but the thought of her trying to live a human lifestyle makes me uneasy.I notice the hidden patrol as we pass throu
