"Yes, baby! Don't worry about me! Mommy's doing fine!"Samantha was talking to Tristan on the phone in her ward one Friday morning. She was peeping through the blinds on the window looking outside while clinging her phone on her ear tight."Mommy, I miss you. You know what? My teacher at school praised me yesterday. She said I did well in Math and I got a perfect score!" Tristan uttered proudly while sitting on his bed with crossed legs.Different kinds of books were scattered in front of him. He was studying really hard coz he wanted to make his mother proud."Wow! That's wonderful. I'm so proud of you, Tristan!" with a teary tone, she pursed her lips tight controlling herself to choke on her words. She missed her son so much. His birthday was coming again and she wouldn't be able to attend again. That's two birthdays in a row, she thought."Daddy, Albert thought me a lot. I remember everything he thought me before. Mommy, when will you and daddy come here?" su

"Dr. Land, Dr. Michaels is still unconscious!" one of the nurses on duty in the ICU talked to Andrea. She left Samantha's parents-in-law outside of the lift door along with Taña."Give me an update!" Andrea lordly told the nurse. Her lips were trembling and her hands were quivering. She was a doctor and was trained to be calm but the rumor was indeed true. You would lost your focus when it came to your loved ones. When the nurse showed Samantha's monitor that was just at the foot of her bed and pointed out some vital info, Andrea caught a glimpse of the rapid increase level of Samantha's blood and the iron in her body was also at its abnormal high rate."Does she eat the food served at the hospital?" she immediately asked the tending nurse."No, doctor. Dr. Michaels doesn't like hospital food for they're bland!" the nurse gently responded while staring at Samantha who was still unconscious. Her body was full of injected tubes and IV drips an

Their steps were heavy and regal. Everyone in the hospital including some of the patients turned their heads on them. Some followed them with their gazes. They were surrounded with five nurses and a handsome doctor. The nurses in the information area gawked at Sean as he passed by with Jackson and Antonio."He's so handsome!" Anna, a newly graduate nurse whispered while giggling."I wonder who is he going to treat. I hope it's me!" Becky, a bit older and longer in the hospital than Anna gasped in awe as she lifted her head when Sean and Samantha's dad, along with Antonio and the five nurses turned right."Whoever that person is, he or she is lucky!" Ana sighed in adoration as she put her hand on her chest. At the glass window, Albert remained standing staring at his wife. The nurses offered him a seat but he refused it. Andrea and Edward told him to have some meal but he also declined their invitation. Chester advised him to rest at the VIP ward for a while

Two days ago...Benjamin and Eve were in a heated argument as to what to do next now that their plan to lure Samantha out failed.Instead of her suffering from paranoia, she suffered from almost close to comatose. If she was not having her treatment, her body couldn't get this much strength to fight the effects of drugs. But luckily for her, she was taking a strong medicine to block its effect in her organs. However, the drugs that were mixed to her food when she was at the hospital was stronger than the drugs Eve fed her at the mansion."Who would have thought, Dr. Turman found a medicine to combat the effect of the drugs in her body?" Eve snorted as she elegantly crossed her legs on the couch while leaning on the backrest."What now?"Benjamin's Parkinson's disease was also attacking him and it added to his annoyance at the moment. As he sat opposite to Eve, his trembling hands held the armrest tight. His glare on her was chopping her senses to pieces

"Sam?!" Albert exclaimed in happiness as he glanced at her.Did he hear it right? She whispered his name. He stared at her hoping she would whisper again. But to his dismay, she didn't.However, when Sean told everyone in her bed to adjust her tubes and IV drips coz she had regained her senses, he giggled as he smiled."She's back!" he hoarsely muttered while tears rolled down his cheeks."Ahm, Albert! Much better if you let us tend to her now!" Andrea patted him also with some tears of joy in her eyes.He understood what she meant so he got up still his gaze was with his wife. Samantha was still unconscious but with what he could understand from the monitor, her heartbeat went back to normal."My wife is back!" he repeated.Andrea hugged him tight as her way of thanking him and Albert did the same."You're the one who brought her back!" she smilingly whispered while holding his face. When Sean went towards them, he extended his hand
