Lahat ng Kabanata ng The Way of the Dragon: Kabanata 211 - Kabanata 220

“My newfound Lightning Spear is clearly the work of my Might and my rune’s unification!” Zephyr concluded, he was sure of this hypothesis. This divine weapon had never appeared to him before, only through the combined effort of his Might and the rune had it appeared in his spirit realm. Besides, it was the only explanation for the amazing power. ‘Who knew that training under The Way of the Dragon would bring me such a gift? I wonder what new boons would I be able to unlock if I continued to improve my power?’ Zephyr thought. ‘If that’s true, then I’ve just barely scratched the surface of the potential of the Way! How exciting!’ Zephyr continued on. To this day, the potential of the Way of the Dragon was still unfamiliar to him. ‘Although my current battle power isn’t lacking, I would be hard-pressed when I face future Agiles. The only reason I won out against Shaun Lee was because of my newfound Lightning Spear! I doubt I would have the same outcome had I faced an Agile of level six, e

“Yes sir!” the men replied. Once more, Zephyr laid his eyes on the books, his gaze rested on one of them. The book was covered in a layer of dust and was made of bamboo. It looked unique. “Thunderfoot?” Zephyr muttered as he opened the book, reading its contents. A wave of excitement washed over him. He excitedly flipped through the pages, carefully memorizing the technique’s intricate steps. It was as he figured, Thunderfoot was a special technique, one that was quite uncommon. Based on the scriptures alone, once mastered, Thunderfoot would far outclass Lightfoot. However, the scriptures also mentioned that it would be time-consuming. Patience would be needed to fully master the technique. Not even Zephyr could completely harness it within a short time span. He had to memorize and comprehend each step intricately. ‘I must find the time to learn this!’ he thought.Zephyr memorized the pages of Thunderfoot once more. Once he made sure there were no errors, he left. It was a great boun

Zephyr was not the only one who took note of this. Apart from a few who still hesitated, many had already taken to the skies. Suddenly, a scream came. Someone had fallen off the metal wire, plunging deep into the pool. A truly frightening scene for the rest of the people around. This was not a normal trial. Were one to fail, they would be greeted by death! After some of them realized how dire the situation was, they decided to retreat and back out. Zephyr did not care for these people. He continued his rush forward, taking off into the air. Zephyr was a nimble fellow, speeding along the metal wire. Before long, he had made it to the opposite end.He could finally make out the mountain peak through the thick fog. The mountain peak looked like a roaring dragon. It gave off a powerful aura, so much so that the air around seemed to be shaking. It was evident that a strong fighter resided atop the peak. Zephyr could also feel that those who resided here were Agiles. There were no Strength

A stream of voices arrived, followed by Ricky and his company. They were catching up. More and more appeared thereafter, there were about a thousand of them left. For them to be at The Boundless Academy would mean that they must be the fighters from the cream of the crop. Many had passed the second trial.“Good! You’ve passed the second trial, you would all make good apprentices!” the new manager said. “However, if you pass the next test, you’d make it to an initiate!” he continued on. “If you fail, you would remain an apprentice; only having the chance to break through once you reach Agility of level five. Of course, that’s still a chance!” he finished, calmly.“We’re finally at the last trial!”Many fighters showed relieved expressions. To be an initiate was a dream come true for many. Though, being an apprentice was not that bad either. “Do you see that peak?” the manager asked as he pointed towards a random mountain peak. It was a great and majestic mountain, with a spear-shaped

As Zephyr reached his peak in his meditation, his body shook in anticipation. Soon, the energies flowed around his body and washed through his channels. He was improving, even his three scales felt the change, and it quickly adapted to the situation using its draconic Might. A sudden wave of realization and peace washed over him as his Spirit improved once more. The rune upon his forehead glowed with vicious energy and emanated a fine aura.Although Zephyr’s eyes were closed, he felt as though he was one with the world. Suddenly, he could see past his room and towards the outside. He could perceive the energies and signatures of the plant life and the wild creatures… each streak of primordial energy was as clear as day to him. Zephyr’s Spirit was improving rapidly, with it, his Spirit rose higher and higher. Finally, Zephyr found himself in a sea of stars; a galaxy. Meteors shot past in the dark space, carrying great auras of magnificence and awe. It came and went, brushing past Zeph
