Chapter 20:Sanaya’s P.O.VNervously, I looked at the clock once more as I typed my final report for the day and shut down my computer. Unlike Acelin’s cabin which had a transparent glass divider that allowed me to look inside his office, Lancelin’s cabin was surrounded by a black stained glass walls, making visibility impossible. Chapter 21:Sanaya’s P.O.VI was dressed in a Ralph Lauren original gown in bright red with a flaring skirt that had an ombre effect as the colour got darker as the gown touched the floor. The bottom of the gown turned to a dark red that almost looked black. I had been given matching red stilettos and red diamond drop earrings. My hair was in loose waves around my face and the stylist had kept it simple with providing more focus to the dress itself. Chapter 29:Lancelin’s P.O.VIt was around eleven at night when I finally got off the phone with NYPD. Sighing, I rubbed my temples and stood up from my chair. A nice hot bath sounded divine at the moment.A group of wannabe thugs had made the mistake of trying to sell drugs at the alleyway behind my bar in Queens. They had even managed to tempt a human staff in that bar to join in with their little gang and lure customers to the alleyway.
