 * I woke up the next morning refresh, ready for a day of relaxation. I got up around 6am, brushed my teeth, put on a sport bra, some leggings, my smart watch, and a phone holder, ready for a morning run. I left the hotel at about 6:30am and jogged around the block twice before extending my walk a bit. I ended up at a park close by where I rested a bit by doing some stretches to loosen some knots in my back. I looked at the time and it was already 8am on a Friday morning, a few people were already at the park.
