Lahat ng Kabanata ng CARRYING THE MAFIA'S BABY.: Kabanata 21 - Kabanata 30

MATTEO POV~ After Sofia threatened to leave the car, I gave up and drove. I decided to let her calm down before I had a discussion with her so the drive to the house was completely silent. When we arrived home, she quickly got down from the car then hurried into the house. I sighed and internally cursed myself while staring at her before moving into the mansion to my office. As soon as I entered my office,I went towards the bar area, took my favorite drink then plopped down on my office seat. I filled my glass with the bottle of billionaire vodka. I emptied it at a go, immediately relaxing my tension. I honestly didn't mean to pour out my frustrations at Sofia or mistreat her the way I'd been doing lately. It's just that, I'd been stressed lately trying to balance both legal and illegal businesses, and personal life. It was just hard on me but what would I say, I put all these upon myself so I should at least be man enough to handle the consequences. I and my men had been

SOFIA POV~Waking up and my body being in an immense pain was not how I imagined my first day back in New York to be like.I groaned in pain as my neck felt like someone had stabbed it... What the hell happened?, Was I in a fight?... The memory of the incident that took place between Matteo and I rushed back to me immediately. I hissed as I tried getting up from the bed, I must have had a great fall when he pushed me.When I finally got up from bed, I practically sprinted to the restroom to empty my gut. My baby must be on daddy's side to be torturing me this morning. After spilling out everything, I felt extremely exhausted and lightheaded, my whole body was in pain and now I had no food in my stomach.I managed to shower and brush my teeth to look a little bit presentable, I didn't want to look like a prisoner though that was the case. The moment I was done dressing up, there was a knock on the door. It was one of the maids who brought me breakfast."Thank you" I said to her while t

Matteo pov~ While we were having lunch, Sofia got up and rushed to the restroom while her mother went after her. I was left at the table with her father who kept throwing death glares at me. I knew that the situation at hand was not pretty and I wasn't handling it the way Sofia expected me to but I was handling it the way I knew how to. I came back here to New York to handle my work and also strategize a plan to take care of the big mess awaiting me back home. When Sofia and I were left at the living room by ourselves, I got a message from Santi informing me that the anonymous gang in Italy were trying to discover my location, I knew that where Sofia's parents lived was an open environment and was easily trackable but back at my place it was almost impossible to track because of the high tech security. I knew this place wasn't safe so I tried persuading her to leave but being my stubborn baby mama she refused. I had to find a way to make her leave and threatenin

SOFIA POV~ TWO~ MONTHS~LATER Four months, four whole freaking months I've stayed with Matteo. I had known and lived with this messed up man for four months. These two months spent in this mansion with Matteo was... Eventful?. These two months, we've only had argument, disagreement, silent treatment, yelling at each other and what not. The months were not that bad because I made a new friend, Melissa. We had been close ever since that incident happened, she was my only friend in this prison they called home. She was with me most of the day, we would chat and I would tell her how I really wanted to leave this place and she would apologize for not having any solution to my problems. She was really a nice person, she told me she had been working here six years, I was surprised because she was only twenty eighty years but according to her, she really enjoyed working here though her boss could be extra strict at times and I totally agreed with her, Matteo

Matteo's POV~Seeing Sofia in that condition made me want to kill myself. I wondered why I thought it was a good idea to bring her into my fucked up life. All these were my fault, everything that happened in her life was my fault.Everything leading to Sofia's current state started from that dumbass attack at the hospital. It was confirmed that the anonymous mafia gang finally tracked me at the hospital and decided it was the perfect time to have a shoot out. So many lives were lost and most of them were just patient's visitors and staffs at the hospital. After making sure the situation was handled I decided to go my company and check things out. I immediately instructed Santi to come to New York. After settling few of the chaos at the company, it was 11pm and I couldn't go to the house like that so I hit up Santi to meet me at the club.As soon as I got there I was served strong alcohol at the VIP section. After one and half bottle of hapsburg gold label, I was extremely drunk
