LIZA POVThe alarm went off on the nightstand, and I turned to give it a stink eye before stretching my hand and switching it off angrily. Then resettled in my position and stared at the white ceiling of the hotel room.I hadn't slept a wink because my mind decided to go on patrol the whole night, and even in the morning, it was still reeling at what had transpired the night before during dinner.
