The snow falls heavily outside my window. It seems peaceful outside. Today is the last day of classes before the winter break. My campus will be empty by tomorrow morning. Except for me. Lily wakes me up in the morning at 5 am. We are dressed and loading into the car while it's still dark outside. It's a 6-hour drive and Lily wants to get there before noon. Her parents went up last night to make sure everything is ready for when we arrive. Lily drives for the first 2 hours, then we stop to get food and a bathroom break. I can't sleep looking at myself like that. I'm going to have to turn myself away from both mirrors.I get up to leave to room and look for Lily.Three days later, Lily and I are hanging out in the enclosed part of the back porch with cups of tea, just enjoying the evening sunset. I can't believe I let myself get carried away with him. I'm so angry. With Kaleb, but mostly myself. I thought I had gotten over him. But I don't seem to have any self-control around him. I can feel the blush creep up on my cheeks and I fight to keep a straight face. Did Kaleb just say that to me? He just threatened to fuck the bratty attitude out of me. Last night, I agreed to be Kaleb's and he ravished my body until I couldn't take it anymore. He didn't lie when he said I'd be begging him to stop. The fire had gone out some time while we were sleeping and I was freezing when I woke up. I'm glad we have the thermal sleeping bags. I wake up in a hospital bed. I don't remember falling asleep or how long I've been here. I have warm blankets around me and I feel a hand in mine.
