Naomi's POVDesmond was feeling himself. He took us to a private spot and ordered what he referred to as the best delicacy in town. I was not touched or buttered up. I just want to go home and have a lovely night; which consists of having junk food and probably a nice erotic novel in my lap. I have successfully exhausted my going-out bundle. Emily on the other hand was having fun. She smiled at everything Desmond did and made a show of dragging me into their conversation. Even when he was saying what I considered boring, she laughed too hard, clutching her stomach as if she was in pain from laughing a lot. I know all of her tricks and I wasn't moved at that moment. She was trying to set me up with this stranger. Someone we just met, not up to two hours. I wasn't that desperate for a man in my life. The things in front of Dean were the only thing he cares for at that moment. He was out of our world and focusing mainly on the things he had plans to finish from the way he was demolishi

Naomi’s POVIt took us so long to finally escape the clutches of Desmond. He was such a charmer that he had both Emily and Dean fall for him in a short time. I on the other hand was the tough nut to crack. I couldn’t believe Emily would go to that extent to find a man for me.“Are you guys having fun?” he asked for the fifth time. It was as if he was making sure to be polite and having this perfect unplanned date. I could start listing all the things we have done today after dinner. We went horse riding. Dean had giggled all through that and Desmond had ridden the same horse with him claiming it was men’s moment. Dean smiled, talked, and laughed with him the way he did with Emily as if they had known each other for a long time. We build a sand castle, and if I was been honest with myself that was the part I had fun most. I had forgotten about my plans to go back home and rest. We build four castles – one for each of us, and we all assisted Dean in building his. I called min

Naomi’s POV“What are you doing here, Desmond!”His gaze moved around, probably to take in everyone sitting in the dining room. He smiled at Dean. Dean got up to run to him with a wide smile on his face.“It’s good to see you, Desmond.”Desmond scoop him from the floor and hugged him like they were forever buddies. I glanced at Derrick, and the hurt on his face was obvious. I was torn between telling him that Dean had no serious relationship with Desmond but I kept quiet. Maybe this was better. It was another way to prove to him that I wasn’t available for all the frolicking he has been doing but I was also not available for anyone.I glanced at Emily, she had a wide smile on her face. Just looking at her made me figure everything out. She had invited Desmond here probably to spite Derrick or she had invited him the day we parted. Either way, I was unhappy with the way she had decided to handle things. She just gave Desmond more entrance into our lives. The guy was a strange

Derrrick’s POVIf I was told I could feel anger to this extent, I would have doubted it. I have never been so angry at anyone not to talk of myself. I was so angry at myself. I was angry at Naomi for making me angry at myself and I was angry at Emily – her loyal friend. But mostly, I was angry at that Desmond guy for running my morning and in turn my whole day. Why did he have to come at that time when everything was going smoothly with Naomi. She was already warming up to me.“Good day, brother. What’s tickling your pants?” Diana was at the bar with two wine glasses in front of her. I moved to the bar, picking up one glass and pouring all the content in my mouth. She narrowed her eyes at me. “What’s happening to you? You have been moody these days, and you have been consuming alchol more than you do.”I only groaned which made her more curious. “Is it business? Are you losing some kind of big deals that I have no idea about?”If it was business, I would not be having headaches

Derrick’s POVThis was the third flower I was sending to Naomi in just a day and I really hope it’s all working the way Ricky said. I have never done anything to please a woman in my life. There were always ready to satisfy me. At least, I took the fact that none of my flowers were returned as good news. The beeping of my office line got my attention as I picked it up. “Sir, a Miss Drivels is here to see you.”Miss Drivels. I tried to recall if I know anyone by that name but I keep coming back blank. Maybe it was one of the blonds I had met in Naomi’s absent.“Let her in.”The line went dead and soon a lady came in. She was beautiful with her slim body; curvy hips and she had the height to maintain her long slender leg. Her face was not familiar, there was no way I would have met a lady like her and not remember her face. I waited for my body to respond to her beauty and revealing legs in her short gown, but there was nothing.“How can I be of help to you, Miss Drivels?”She
