Lahat ng Kabanata ng Betrayed The Mafia - Cruel Intentions Series Book One: Kabanata 11 - Kabanata 20

Ashley POV “I now pronounce you husband and wife,” The woman marrying us says, and I feel a knot in my throat. I always thought the day I would hear those words would be the happiest day of my life. But Oh boy, how wrong I was. I never thought I would hate this day so much. I would hate my husband. Tobias wraps his arms around my waist, and I keep my arms to my side, not hugging him back. I need him to feel how disappointed I am, how I don’t want this. Tobias’s lips are pressed against mine. I keep my eyes open while he closes his, and his hands pull me closer to him. I stop myself from crying. I can’t cry anymore. “Can you see him? He is here witnessing you getting married to me, and he is not going to be able to stop us”, Tobias says. I look at the end of the room, and that’s when I see him. Killian, right at the back against the wall. His eyes are glued to me. I lick my lips as I see a man standing behind him, holding onto his arm and stopping him as he tries to take one step clos

Ashley POV “Ashley, open the door, right now”, I hear Tobias’s voice on the other side and Killian looks at the door pulling his trousers up. Panic takes over me as I realize Tobias is trying to open the door. “There”, I whisper pointing at the window and Killian shakes his head. “I am not afraid of him”, he says and I kiss him quickly on the lips. “I know,” I say opening the window. “Give me one second”, I say out loud so that Tobias can hear me and I see Killian jumping out of the window at the same time I open the door and Tobias barges in like a maniac. He grabs me by the arm pulling me to him, anger plastered all over his face. “Who were you talking to?”, he asks as he pulls me around as he opens every cubicle door. I pull my arm away from him and cross them in front of my chest. “Don’t you fucking touch me”, I bark at him and he smirks, he takes one step closer and I can feel his breath on my face as I close my eyes at the proximity. “I touch whenever I want to, you are

Ashley POV “Open those legs for me baby”, Tobias says as I feel the tears streaming down my face. I can’t believe he is doing this to me. He is trying to consummate a marriage I don’t agree on. I force my legs closed as he hovers over me close, putting the weight of his body on top of mine. The smell of alcohol makes me sick to the stomach. I turn my face away from him as he tries to kiss me. “Fucking open those legs Ashley”, he says with a strong Italian accent. I shake my head as I try to push him away from me, he grabs my hair and I scream in pain. “You have to obey me, you are my wife, and I want you”, he says in my ear sending a shiver down my spine. “Fuck you”, I say looking him in the eyes. His eyes close for a few seconds as he looks at me. I push him again and he falls on his back next to me and I stand up straight away. “This way ma’m”, I hear one of the dogs say. I open my eyes realising I was reliving the nightmare that was every night besides Tobias. I stand up and I

Killian POV The drive to the warehouse took longer than I wanted it to. But using my helicopter helped. It got me there in under two hours. I lean against the side of the door in the dark as I watch the dynamic happening. I close my hands into fists inside my pockets as I see the way Selina is looking at Ashley. The team has done a great job making me believe she has been beaten up and used in so many ways that it’s making my stomach turn. I can see the paper with the words don’t come looking for me that Ashley is holding for the photos, and I smile. That bastard won’t even know what hit him. When he is so desperate to look for her, making deals, he will never be able to comply. I will end him and come out publicly with Ashley as my woman. “Stop smiling”, Selina snaps at Ashley, nodding her head, and taking a deep breath. I stop leaning against the side and cross my arms in front of my chest as I watch her interaction with Ashley. She has been snapping at her and looking at her as

Killian POV “Hey, are you okay?” Theo asks as he enters the office. I lift my eyes meeting his. It’s been a while since I have been so uneasy. I could kill someone. I nod as I don’t want to tell him what happened to Ashley. It’s not my place or my story to tell. “Any news on Lorenzo?” I ask as he sits in front of me; at the same time, Elliot walks into the room. His breathing was heavy, and his face flustered. I stand up, and he looks at me, his eyes going wild. “They’re here”, he says, and I frown, looking out the window to see four SUVs stopping in front of the house. I look at Theo, and he starts running out of the room, knowing exactly what he has to do. I grab my gun from my table and open the safe behind my desk. I dial the code, and the door opens. Elliot starts grabbing weapons and bullets. Fucking great, that’s all I need right now. “How did they find us?” I ask, and Elliot shrugs as he keeps getting himself equipped. I grab my bulletproof vest and put it on as I keep get
