“Good thing I’m not your son,” Jimin mouthed. “I regret the day I set my eyes on you, Xhang.”“And I regret the day I set my eyes on you too, traitor,” Elder Xhang scoffed. “I have taken care of over a hundred stray wolves in this pack. You are the worst, the only one that plans our downfall.”“I do not see it wise to make accusations against him and condemn him when you have not heard his own side of the story,” Xavier replied, his eyes fixed on Elder Xhang. And turning to face Jimin he said. “Jimin, tell them everything that happened on that night.”“On that night,” Jimin continued. “Sebastian wanted to stay with me but I refused. I was ready to bear the consequences of everything that was going to happen. I told him that he could go and when he refused, Calisté cast a spell on him that made him to disappear. She assured me that he was safe and sound at his cottage.”“If I may ask,” Elder Obada raised his hand up and Jimin turned to face him. “Do you have any idea why the witch took

It was when Jimin felt the warm blood on his cheek that he realized that the Elder actually turned into a werewolf and charged at him. In all his life as a Sentinel, he had seen a lot of things. He had seen juveniles defeat Elders at chess, he had seen an alpha walk about his pack naked at night while humming to the tune of Beethoven and The Academy of Saint Martin in the Fields, he had seen a whole lot of weird things happen to be precise, but he had never seen a Elder more than a hundred years old change into his werewolf form. It was scary. It was deadly and it was amazing. He had watched in awe as Elder Xhang roared angrily and charged at him and even when the Elder was just some few meters away, Jimin had stood still like one in a trance, staring at the wolf that bounded towards him.“Get out of the way! Jimin!” He felt strong hands on his shoulders and he fell to the floor. Elder Xhang’s claws got him on his left cheek and from the amount of blood that poured out of it, he knew

Karla stared at her father and frowned. “I don’t think so,” she frowned. “I know Jimin very well and he would never do such a thing, irrespective of how naughty Draymond must have been.”“Thank you my dear,” Jimin smiled at her and she returned the smile immediately. Mr. Coatés stared at the two of them, hissed and walked away.“What?” Karla laughed as he walked away. “I’m saying the truth. Draymond is the kind to get into trouble and Jimin, the type to forgive easily. Am I right Jimin?”“Absolutely,” Jimin replied full of glee. “I would have forgiven him already. But its no use. Draymond did not do anything to me.” Karla smiled and watched as her father walked away and as soon as he was out of hearing, she turned and faced Jimin.“Everyone is worried about Draymond,” she said. Her eyes were watery and it seemed as though she was on the verge of crying. “He stays out late very few times and if he’s not out late, he’s in his room working on whatever project he keeps working on daily. T

Karla paced around her room in anger. She almost could not believe what she had just heard. After years of working as on Omega, washing Diana’s disgusting clothes and sweeping her already swept room, she was finally free from that burden and now, her own brother was going to put her back there again, for a whole week! Not even a day!“Arghhh!” she screamed unable to hide her irritation. “Little brat! Jimin should have left you in the woods to die. Who are you to come here and start ordering us about!”“And it’s even worse that he’s half human,” Megan said, trying to console her. “Don’t you think so hun?” Karla nodded at her friend with her best puppy eyes and Megan ran her hand down Karla’s hair gently.“Don’t worry Hun,” Megan said. “Everything would be alright.”Karla sighed. Megan had been her best friend for a very long time. They shared almost everything – the same birth date, the same nick name, the same dresses and the same love for K-pop artistes, only that Karla’s was a litt

“Jimin!”Jimin turned around in shock to see that Karla was staring at him, her hands akimbo and her lips pursed jn a frown. From the expression on her face, he guessed immediately that she had been calling his name for a long while and he had not replied her.“I’ve been shouting your name for the past five minutes!” she frowned. “You left me hanging there to come and stare into space or what?”Jimin rubbed his hands over his eyes like someone in a trance and he ran his hands through his hair.“Look, I’m sorry,” he said. “I have a lot on my mind now. Could we talk about this later? I’ll explain better. I have to go somewhere now.”“Where is that?” she frowned. “Where do you want to go?”“Its actually a meeting,” Jimin lied. “A private meeting. Look, I’m running late now. Can we talk about this later. I promise you, we would talk about it when I get back.”“You are not going to ditch me here, Jimin,” Karla said, shock written all over her face, but Jimin had already started off. He ran
