Love With the Devil On Earth のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 61 - チャプター 70

The cab man dropped me off in front of my house and left immediately, Leo must have also paid him. In as much as I was angry with Leo for what he did, I was also grateful because, entering a cab actually relieved the stress I ought to go through. Plus if I had entered a bus, I wouldn't have gotten home by now but either ways I am still mad at Leo. I walked to the door and rang the bell severally but got no response, it seemed like no one was at home. "But Jenny told me she was going to be at home" I said opening my purse to see if I could find my key. " Yes! Found it" I took out the key in a hurry and was about to open the door when suddenly the door opened and Jenny was standing in front of me looing all messy. "Hey!" I screamed we hugged each other tightly before entering into the house. "Have you been sleeping? Cause it seem like it" I told Jenny who was staring at me in a weird manner. " What's wrong? Why are you looking at me in that manner? " I asked her as I began

I apologized to Clara when we got to my room, trying to convince her that what happened in her room wasn't a big deal and it was all my fault. I didn't want her to see me as a pervert, so it was the right thing to do else she is going to get uncomfortable around me. The rest of the day ran very fast, I and Clara woke up very late for school, but we still went all thanks to Clara who convinced and threatened me at the same time. Even after preparing for school, I had a strong urge not to go but my urges were nothing compared to Clara's threats. She threatened never to stay in my room again if I failed to go to school with her, it was indeed a great threat to me. Clara and I went together in my car, but on getting to school she suddenly requested to get off in order to avoid being seen together with me, I refused but she insisted and there was nothing I could do since it was her choice. While driving into the school, some students were being punished for their late coming but I was

CLARA'S POVI was thankful that the whole issue with the maid had been sorted out, at least they have learnt how to mind their business and give me the respect I deserve as fellow human like them. I walked through the hall way with no destination, wondering what would have become of me now if they hadn't been dealt with by Leo the last time. Now I was certain that I can stay anywhere around the house, or do anything I want without being bothered by any of them. I heard my room door slam loudly, the sound echoing through the hall way, Leo was just leaving the room but thankfully he took the other route to his room. I wrapped my hands around my chest, walking worrisomely until I found myself outside the house but I didn't stop walking. Just as I was about to make a turn, I saw Jack driving into the compound so I stop until he got to where I was standing."Where to?" Jack asked, looking at something that had just fallen inside his car. Instead of responding to his question, I told him

LEO'S POVClara might not understand now, but I am doing this for her. My Father definitely has a reason for showing up now of all times and Clara is part of his reason. I am willing to kill him over and over again as long as it involves Clara's life. All I have to do now is to find him, I don't care how long it takes or how hard it is going to be, he mustn't get to Clara before I get to him. I requested for the call to be tracked and found out that he called from China. He had been in China all this while monitoring me, but through who? There must a spy sending him Information but who could it be. Now that I have thought of it, I am curious to know who works for him, the only people I could think of is Jack and my bodyguard, they are the only ones close to me. How could I even trust them with Clara. Even though my mind was far away from everything that surrounded me or even where I was at the moment, I could feel when the plane landed on the ground, it went slowly until it finally

LEO'S POVA sigh of relief let out through my mouth the moment the plane touched the ground. I arrived Italy quite late due to various complications on the way. On looking round, my body guard was no where to be found neither was any of the drivers. For a moment it felt like I didn't tell my guard to book a flight for me back to Italy because, this was so unusual of him. It is expected that he pick me up at the airport on knowing that I was coming back to Italy, he has never done such before. After waiting for a while and there was still no sign of any him nor any of the drivers, I boarded a taxi to take me home as I had no other choice. The more I stood there, the more I fear that something bad was happening to Clara or might have even happened. Looking at the way the driver drove, it seemed like he recognize me. His hands were shaking for fear that I might do something hurtful to him. I ignored him and look out through the window till we arrived at my house. Immediately my the
