The following morning Eric woke up in a very good mood after the night he had with Nelly, he was able to spend some time with her, and for once she seemed to be willing to be around him that she even volunteered to make him a meal. Their conversation had been flowing nicely throughout the night and he did not forget to watch her as she moved up and down the kitchen, well of course Nelly didn't see all of this as she was focused on making her meal. All of this caused a warm feeling to rise up the man's chest, the feeling was so strong and was like something he had never felt before and had brought life to his stone cold life making him think about a time when this woman would be able to cook freely in his house back home with his kids running around the place, he could already imagine how bright his dull life would be. For that to happen though he needed to make thi

As both Nelly and Eric entered their penthouse, Eric recieved a call from his brother. Robert's voice came over the phone just as he connected the call. " Bro you will not believe this girl, who does she think she is to tell me what to do? she has been complaining all this while about the company's treatment towards Nelly and now with what happened at the hotel just now she has been claiming that Nelly is becoming a liabilty and that we must release her. That's crap right, she must just focus on her own career and leave us to do our job." " mhm, I see and who is that girl?". " Who else could it be? there is only one person who has the gut to question our abilty to run the company and that can be that Linda girl." Seeing that the call seemed to be serious and involved the one woman who hated her the most Nelly did not want to listen further so she went on to the kitchen to make something to eat for the two of them giving Eric privacy and room to judge how he wished. She then took out

As if the woman did not exist at all, the two walked passed her with straight faces and did not even care to acknowledge her. They walked to a black car that was already parked at the front parking spot of the hotel, with a man that had already opened the door for them to go in." To the police station!"Erick commanded the driver as soon as they entered the car. After closing the door for the two, the driver walked around the car and in to the drivers side, he started the car and zoomed out. A couple of minutes went by and the car soon pulled up in front of the police station. Nelly could not wait for the driver to open the door for her as she was in a hurry to meet her fate. Just as she opened the door and readied herself to get out of the car, a strong hand pulled her back in, and the man said in a strong yet husky voice."Learn to be patient!"The poor woman was rendered speechless, all she could do was to give him a furious look, but obediently sat back down and waited for the dr

It was only then that she realized how much she had said and had almost let the cat out of the bag, she started to panic thinking of what she could say to move the man away from the topic."what? uhm eerh my sister of course, who else could it be? you know I have been taking care of her since she was young, so I am afraid she will not know how to deal with this. I mean how would she be able to protect herself when I am the one who've been doing it for her this whole time."The man went silent for a while looking at the woman who still had her eyes filled with tears mixed with a little of snort, and for some reason that did not disgust him one bit." who are you fooling? that woman is old enough to look after herself. Grab your things we are leaving right away."He said as a matter of factly, but Nelly did not understand what he meant when he asked her to bring her things which was why she complained." But I am not done packing, how can we go back while some of my things are left behi

The elevator stopped when it reached their penthouse level, when it opened tghey walked outg and straight in to the living room and were shocked to see someone sitting on one of the couches in the house. " Ahh sister inlaw congratulations, now we can eat your cooking as much as we want." Nelly gave Eric a look, suprised how fast he had spread the news, it hadn't even sunk in on her that she was married yet and Robert was here talking about it and was even ready to celebrate. Nelly then smiled slightly and thanked him. " Don't be too fast to celebrate, I might be going to prison soon.?" " What are you talking about, the company is already working on clearing your name and there should be a statement release through the company's page that you had nothing to do with that man's death. Besides, brother here will make sure you are out of that list of suspects. you have an alibi as well as proof of you being in this very hotel the whole time, so they have no power to do anything to you." he
