“What is my schedule for today?” Charlotte asked her secretary, who was standing opposite to her holding the writing pad and pen in her hands.“Today you have only one meeting to attend” Charlotte raised her face and rested her index finger bended inside her chin.“And with whom it is?” she asked with furrowed brows.“It is with management of City hospital Mr. Nicholas instructed me to schedule the meeting on this date and no others meetings should be add up in list.” Afraid of scolding form her, the secretary tells her the back story of this schedule in speed.“It’s okay Amelie, I understand. This meeting is really very important and it is could Nicholas informed you already, I wouldn’t have appreciated any other meeting along with this one.” Amelie her secretary nodded at her.“Now at what time the meeting starts and what is the venue?” Amelie immediately looked in to her writing pad.“It’s at one o’clock and at the city hospital’s meeting room” Charlotte nodded at her after checkin

Charlotte’s car stopped in the parking of City Hospital, the driver immediately came out and opened the door for her. She came out of the car and stood at her place to have the view of the hospital’s exterior.She walked elegantly and with grace, having her secretary along with her. When they reached to reception she introduced herself.“Hi, I am Charlotte Martin and I have a meeting with Dr. George” the receptionist was stunned by the aura of the woman, she looks rich and powerful, she swiftly nodded and picked her intercom to talk to Dr. George.It didn’t take her long, she stood in respect and offered Charlotte to follow her.“I am so sorry for making you wait, Dr. George is available in his room, please follow me I will take you to his room” Charlotte narrowed her eyes at the reception desk.“And what about here? Who will accommodate the patients or visitors?” girl smiled sheepishly.
