CRESCENT FALLS Morning arrived sooner than they anticipated. Storming into Arcadia Grill, Liam and Tristan met Nina who was wiping the counter. Sighing, they trudged toward her exchanging pleasantries. As Amaya was taking a tray to a customer, she froze, having different flashes of Elijah, Tristan, and an unfamiliar woman. She blinked several times and saw vampires surrounding a tomb. She regained herself and she dropped there. The tray crashed on the floor. The people in the grill gasped as they watched her body descend on the floor. She shut her eyes and was taken away by unconsciousness. “Get a medic!” A woman screamed as Colby ran in, he lifted her body from the floor and patted her cheek. “Amaya, wake up.” Colby exclaimed. “You need to take her to a hospital.” Another voice rose from the crowd which had surrounded her. Lying on her bed, she gazed at the ceiling and heaved a sigh as she clutched the pillow on her chest. It had been weeks since she had not seen her brother and she didn't care about what happened to Colby after her magic kicked in and she used it on him.
