“He is so caring and I am happy with him.” She knew it might not go well with him but she just had to convince Mark that David was being affectionate to her. It was hard for her but she pulled herself together and gave him a kiss on the cheeks.Mark and the family gave them an amused stare and then she saw them nod their heads in approval. This family was so supportive of her and yet David kept on hurting her over and over she hasn’t known peace since she got married to him. It has been a whirlwind relationship from the first day they met each other,Mark beamed with joy as he noted “I knew you two will get along very well. He is sometimes a pain in the ass but he loves with all his heart” But Betty was stunned even more, how could Mark talk about his son like that while he is the devil she has never seen in her life.“Dad, don’t start talking dirty here. Come on, give her some respect. I admit I never wanted to marry her at first but she is the best thing that has actually happened t

He came back to his senses when he heard her call him. It has been long since he started the game and finally he noticed that she was unusually still. He became alert and when he observed her closely, Betty was not breathing, she was unconscious and her pulse was very weak. It immediately dawned on him that this time round he had gone too far as he almost killed her for real.He was not a murderer, he only wanted to punish her and not to kill her. The world will never forgive him for killing the woman who he recently married.David couldn’t forget how she cried in his arms, she was begging him to let her rest and now what would he do in case she dies. He was filled with panic as he stood up abruptly and went straight for his phone. He needed to get her some help as soon as possible and the first person who came on his mind was Larry. David knew that with him he will understand and help him but later he won’t stop reprimanding him. But he had accepted that he had wronged her not once b

“No. She is still under observation” Larry said flatly, the woman was still very vulnerable, what will happen when he agrees to discharge her and then David gets agitated again. He would rather keep her close by until when she is strong enough to defend herself.“Off course I know .I will hire a nurse to be on standby in case of anything. You owe me this favor and you know it” Right, I owe him a lot of favours but didn’t it have to come at this time? Larry knew that if he didn’t oblige David will demand for something that he wasn’t able to provide. He sometimes wonders why he was still his friend when all he does was being selfish. He was cornered and therefore he just agreed “Alright, you never get tired of reminding me of this. You are a bastard”“Thank you, I knew you are always a good friend. Larry I have one more request, I really need to talk to you, can meet at the bar for a drink?” this was a request, at desperate times.“Oh….David when you start to talk like this I know that

“Please follow up on the loan issue from the bank manager and give me results.” David said in a soft but stern voice that left the finance manager trembling vigorous. He expected to be fired with immediate effect, but to his surprise their CEO has softened recently.“I understand sir” He answered with a relief evidently on his face.David stood up, walked out of the room and went to his office .He took the medicine and told his secretary to cancel all his appointment as he didn’t want to be disturbed. As he lay down on the bed at the back of his office he realized that he haven’t checked on Betty, so he took out his phone and called her. She was sound asleep judging by the way she was talking.“Betty, how are you feeling now? I am sorry I left early, I had an urgent matter to attend to.” He said with unusually quiet voice and it worried her that something might be wrong with him.Betty cleared her sleepy voice and replied with a husky voice “I am fine. Just a little sore and tired. “

There was no way she was going to turn down that offer, after all she deserved to be pampered after the hell she went through because of him. What made her sad was that this was just a temporary thing because she knew that he will turn in to the cold and unforgiving person the next day.But it won’t hurt for her to feel his warmth and love just for today. When tomorrow comes she will keep the good memories in her head until he decides to treat her well again. In this relationship it was all about him and what his mind tells him to do to her.David was lying down on his bed as he looked at her with those sparkling blue eyes that mesmerized her the day they first met. She couldn’t resist his charms and she almost ended up losing her virginity to him, anyway all the same he took it without her consent in the worst way possible. As he lay there dressed in his white vest looking perfect in every way possible she couldn’t help but lay her head on his broad chest. She was met with the same s
