Maxwell Lenglet: I
Within an underground bunker in Levity Museum fully equipped with the latest technology and training gear, a bare chested man trained vigorously. With his shirt off, his broad shoulders and strong chest could be seen, and his thick arms revealed his visible veins which bulged underneath his thick skin. His body was wet with sweat, causing his hair to stick to his face and leaving only one of his eyes visible. The brilliant hazelnut-colored pupil gleamed brightly, showing no signs of weakness; there was only the eager desire to grow stronger. He had a strong chin and a single dimple on his right cheek, giving him the charm of a promiscuous young master; however, he was neither of those things. He was not promiscuous, neither was he young. In fact, he was amongst the oldest executives in Levity Museum; and his story was the most touching.Every legend had some truth behind it, for nothing was born of lies and deceit only. Even the greatest deceiver of the ages, the one known as Lucifer

Maxwell Lenglet: II
That was all he was told before the shaman called his mother aside to speak to her personally. In the end, although his mother was gone, she still protected him. It was her necklace that had given him hope and a chance for revenge. And that was how he started raiding the enemy’s garrisons. He kept making reckless decisions and dying to strong enemies. However, with his innate ability, death never found him. Keeping his ability a secret was not easy, but killing each person who had seen him die shortly after returning to life definitely helped a great deal. He grew stronger and stronger and eventually began dispatching generals like they were flies stuck in the web of a spider. Soon he became a nuisance to the Undead who were quick to send the ‘retired’ 4th Elder and the one-armed 3rd Elder. It was as though they were mocking the boy. However, it was they who were mocked. Maxwell killed the 3rd Elder and crushed the spine of the former 4th Elder before delivering him back to the castle

Bad Luck Huh
Levity was a big place capable of holding several hundreds of people without the said people coming into contact with each other. It was a place where allies and enemies alike were able to have a good time without worrying about running into each other; and it was one of the things that made this place so special. The greatest allure of Levity was no doubt the second part of its name – museum. The strange and unseen artefacts that this grand museum housed was the reason why it gained so many ‘tourists’ each day. However, Levity had many other sections as well. A big place like Levity would be wasting their land if they only had a museum.Davies, Kylie and Jack were currently taking a stroll through one of the sections of Levity. This place wasn’t as famous as the Exhibition Hall of the Museum, but it was right up there when it came to entertainment. Many dignitaries that came to Levity would inadvertently come here before leaving; and the reason for that was simple. This place was cal

Young Sun?
“I wasn't referring to you Jack,” Sam smiled fondly before sashaying over. Behind Sam were two large men in black and when they stared at Kylie, she felt her breath stiffen for a moment.“Tell your hounds to stop staring at us like we are prey,” Jack frowned upon seeing Kylie’s discomfort. Unlike himself and Davies, Kylie had barely awakened as a Beastman and did not have any notable combat power. However, her senses had grown sharper because of Davies’s minor guidance when they were stuck within that strange world. Due this the unevenness between her true strength and her sensitivity, the auras of the two men caused her great discomfort.“Oh I’m sorry about that; boys where are your manners?!” Sam feigned a look of ignorance as though she had no idea that her guards were directing hostility towards them. While none of them were buying her act, Kylie was grateful that the stiffening aura that strangled her neck had disappeared.“Apologize to the young lord of the Kingsman Family,” Sam

Hidden Agenda
“Miss, is it okay to just let him go?” one of the men who was responsible for Sam bowed and whispered in her ear. Since they were all Beastmen here, it was wise to limit the reach of one’s voice as much as was humanely possible. “If it isn’t, what can you do?” Sam frowned and said. She gazed at the departing Jack with a helpless expresison on her face. “You cannot touch Jack. He may he abandoned the seat of leadership, but he is still a Kingsman. Lions would never allow jackals to touch their cubs.” Sam remined her men before adding. “Besides, Jack is strong. Unless both of you possess Vanessa’s combat power, you wouldn’t be able to bring him away with little issue.” Sam may look like a spoilt brat - and that she was - but she was a talented strategist. Her intelligence had set her apart from her mates even before she hit puberty. Her words were so important that even her father consulted her before making any big decisions in the family. She was a valuable piece that could not be i

Valley of the Dead
Men had spent much of their lives exploring the earth. They had uncovered every bit of land that there was to uncover and had learned everything that they could possibly learn. Some places had been developed because of the geographical advantages they held, while some had been left alone due to the hypocrisy of man; for man claimed that he loved nature yet was more than willing to tear it apart once it interfered with his goals.Inasmuch as much of the world had been converted to high rise buildings and lakeside views, there was still some part of the world that had been left untouched; there were still areas referred to as the wild. One of such areas was a valley called the Valley of the Dead; a place whose name was enough to deter most from entering. The Valley of the Dead was a place devoid of most forms of life; at least not macro life. There were no signs of any living things. There were no trees, definitely no plants neither was there any animal within the valley. The valley had

From Kingsman?
Aiden’s eyes glowed brightly with the fire of war. With his body in peak condition and his mind an excellent hive of concentration, Aiden stepped into the cave.“The atmosphere has changed.” Aiden observed. If the exterior of the cave was like a sunny brook, the cave was like a cold winter that came unannounced. Aiden could feel the dull energies of several Undead approaching, and the first reached him in a matter of seconds.*Scree*“Zombies,” Aiden frowned as the stench of the zombie washed over him and reminded him of why he hated those creatures. Looking at the zombie that was missing a leg clawing its way towards him while heavily salivating, Aiden lifted his axe and dashed forward. The glow in his eyes intensified, allowing him to see through the darkness and locate the three other zombies rushing towards him. Although they weren’t within range just yet, they were only a few meters away from the first. Aiden also noticed that just like the first one, the others all had some kind

Aura?
Aiden’s fury carried a great suppression, and if the zombies were alive, they would have cowered before the rage of the prince of their tribe. Alas, they were cold corpses that had been forced to live a little longer due to the whims of an insatiable beast. The eyes of the zombie closest to Aiden were as dull as a man whose consciousness had been robbed from him, but his movements were not so. Lifting up the giant club that matched the large battle axe, the zombie protected its trunk, and a loud sound reverberated throughout the entire cave when the axe struck the club.*Boom*The zombie was able to successfully block the attack, but it was sent flying into the wall of the cave as a result of the massive momentum the axe carried.*Bang*Aiden growled annoyingly upon seeing the zombie successfully block his attack. Not only that, the club that had clashed with the axe was still fine. Although it had been nicked slightly, it could still be used. Aiden recognized the club as a rudimentar

Killing the Zombies
Aiden allowed himself to be distracted by his thoughts, and in his dazed state the zombie that was proficient in assassination arts appeared behind him. With a menacing look in its eyes it lifted its club and swung it with great power, intending to crush Aiden’s head with one strike!“Cr*p” Aiden swore upon sensing the intent of the sneaky zombie. His eyes flashed with urgency and his feet quickly shuffled to the side. Due to his late response he would not able to get away from the strike. The best he would be able to do would be to get his head out of the way. So that was what he did. He then lifted his axe and accepted the incoming blow.*Boom*Aiden was pushed back a couple of meters by the strike. Although assassins were usually weaker in direct confrontations, the zombie’s strike contained power great enough to rival the strength of a brawler.“That is no ordinary assassin,” Aiden thought to himself, coming to understand that no member of this zombie team was ordinary. It made hi

Dusk Basilisk
Within the deepest part of the cave, the soft snores of the brown scaled basilisk resounded. Its body trembled gently with each snore, and it slept as one that had no cares in the world. Suddenly its shut eyes fluttered open and confusion filled them. It sensed the death of all three of its most treasured vassals. Those were beings that even the basilisk would have a hard time against. How then did they lose? Was the enemy that powerful. Soon the confusion in its eyes cleared up, and annoyance replaced it. Slowly it lifted its large head and peered into the darkness, for it sensed the approach of another. The scent of its vassals could be smelt from this man, so their death certainly had something to do with him. The eyes of the basilisk were filled with the ruthless desire to regain what it had lost. Since this boy was strong enough to handle its vassals, then his death would grant it a new powerful warrior. Maybe it hadn’t lost anything yet, it thought gleefully. But to accomplish
