Ember I was taking a shower before dinner when I suddenly realized I was feeling nervous. This feeling had been with me for the last few hours. I just figured it was due to me having the first dinner with Seth and Carter's parents, though I was also feeling like it could be due to something else, but what? Why was I so anxious? Also, I was wondering why the smell of berries and fresh bagels was filling my nose. My mind was in overdrive.
