You're letting your rage control you!"I insert myself quickly to block the path Rex is about to storm through to get to the Beta wheezing and groaning on the ground. Keeping an evasive glare Rex's way, I glimpse over my shoulder and feel my throat stiffen with repine.It's not my intention to save the enemy. Hell no! But Rex isn't sane yet, and I can't go ahead and watch him end him while not being aware of his actions.The Beta is bleeding excessively. I can't let him die on me. His befitting death already awaits him. I need to buy time for him to heal.I almost believed I wouldn't make it before Rex delves even deeper into him.
