I was pretty sure that Eric did not hear what we were talking about at the moment because he was almost five metres away from us. In other words, he was walking in the front, while we follow him from behind. Therefore, I can say that the discussion we were having was only between us."Well, Louis if you must know then, I will tell you. I held your hand so that you won't escape for the second time. How could you leave without telling me you wanted where you have gone? You know the security problems we have these days. Anyone can be a victim and go missing. Imagine the horrors you will experience if you were to be captured by the Revolutionists. Why can't you see, Louis that, this is for your good?" His face became a bit unfriendly perhaps, he was unhappy with the way I had left him without informing anyone. "I'm very sorry for leaving without telling anyone. You were arguing with him therefore, I thought it will be wise if I go and say hello to my late Sister-witch. My actions were n

"Listen up everybody!" Bradley try to continue despite the obvious objections and distraction from the thousands of soldiers who were listening to him. "In case you don't know him, his name is Steve. Son of Argon. Just like me and all of you he has dedicated his whole life to fighting the evil of the dark, called Witches. He is your comrade!"The crowd continued to boo him even when he tried to explain the good parts about Steve that favours them."He is a traitor! He is a thief!" I have seen him with the witches before! He is on their side and not on ours! He should be killed or he will grow like cancer and have all of us betrayed and killed! Master, if he could betray the witch and the Lycans with her, do you think he will serve you with loyalty? We reject him!" Those were some of the words the soldiers were saying right before Bradley. It was very clear that they have not accepted Steve as one of their own, therefore. Finally, it seems like I'm beginning to get the kind of reactio

Out of nowhere, Derek appeared. It seemed like he was among the men who took the Alpha to an unknown destination. He was walking from behind."Stop right here!" Derek ordered the men. He stretched his hands to one of the guards who quickly handed him the whip he was holding in his hand. Derek trashed the Alpha about five-stroke before grabbing his hair in such a way the Alpha will be hurt. "I warned you not to follow this path but, you never listened. You shouldn't have protected the witch but, you risked your life to do so. You should have handed her over to us and we could have let you live your miserable life. But now, you have no options because you have pushed us too far. There will be no redemption for you. The only way to end this is to feed your flesh to beasts of the air and the worms which inhabit the soil. You will make a great for them! Hahaha!" Derek laughed wickedly."You will pay for this, Derek!" The Alpha looked up before, focusing on Derek. "You will pay for this,

I let them have some good laughs. Although I was still in the process of recovering from the horror I witnessed in my dream, the temptation to laugh alongside the Lycans. I tried my best to hold them but, I was constantly losing my ground until Eric caught me red-handed."Hey, I thought you are scared, why are laughing now, just like us?" Eric's words drew the attention of the Alpha. Amid his laughter, he asked."Yeah, are laughing just like us? Do we look funny?" He tabbed my shoulders with an unending smile on his face."She is yet to tell us the role Steve played in her dream, could it be he had nothing to offer?" Asked Eric. I had remained silent all the time they joke but, at the moment, I was cackling whilst trying to put them under control."He betrayed us! Steve betrayed us, I saw how and when he did that in my dream." As soon as I had finished talking, the expression on their faces changed at once. Their laughter died down as it seems they were ready to listen to whatever I

There were long footsteps which led from the backyard to the vegetation nearby, just like Eric had described. It was a puzzling moment for all of us. Not only was the Alpha disappointed, but he also became dull. He was not full of energy as he used to be. He would take turns in glancing at me and Eric. "Who dared to do this to me?" He asked. "Anyone responsible for this will pay highly with his blood!" He sounded mean as he spoke. I could tell that his threats were no ordinary ones."How are we going to track the villain?" Asked Eric. "We will go after him! U don't care whoever he is but, we must get to him before it becomes too late!" The Alpha replied.I was still in shock and lacked the appropriate words to express how I felt. I only stared at the Alpha as he rattles his threatening words to the culprit. But again, I looked closely at the footsteps. An idea suddenly struck my mind. There was a strong impulse in me to follow the trail into the vegetation. As they watched, I began
