Allison sighed deeply and nodded, letting the matter leave in fate’s hands. Esther was right. Ashina will go where she is destined. They stepped near Zamini’s house. As Allison walked in front an invisible war yanked her back, ceasing her effort to walk further. Allison gasped, staggering back but composed herself. “Are you ready?” Esther asked her before stepping ahead, stopping beside her. Allison snapped her head in her direction. “To break the spell of Thana. This…” She gestured towards the invisible wall, “…will be broken with both of our strength. I told you before!” Allison almost forgot about why she was even here in the first place. She nodded. Esther offered her hand and Allison placed her palm on her hand before both of them looked ahead and chanted the powerful spell with a loud voice. The harsh strong wind passed through them blowing the trees around as they raised their free hands and curled their fingers, breaking the wall. Allison sucked in a deep breath as it dr

The whole ride to the Dark Walker kingdom was silent but uncomfortable. Allison didn't make any sound out of her mouth, not even a loud breath. Her mind was whirling around the ugly scenario that happened an hour ago while her blood was boiling in rage with every passing second. She felt regret. A huge regret. She felt like she lost the last ray of hope. She felt tired, defeated, suffocated and whatnot. Thana got successful in taking Zamini’s soul and the last essence of her existence and Allison could do nothing. She felt like someone gripped her heart into a tight fist. As they walked into the hallway of the mansion, Lyceon took her directly into his room. He helped her to clean in the washroom and later took her down for dinner. All the time Allison was shit silent and it was worrying him. Though He didn't bother her. “What happened to her?” Ashina asked her brother in mind-link after the intolerable long silence over the dining table. Rebecca and Felicia were also excha

Felicia let out a deep breath staring non stop at her phone on the table with a nervous gaze. It was on speaker with a ringing bell as she had placed a call to someone and was waiting for the response from the other end. Not only her but her friends Rebecca, Mason, Naomi and Aztec were waiting patiently until the bell stopped and someone responded finally, “I'm glad you called me back, Sweet girl!” A very familiar female voice greeted their ears and Felicia wet her lips. She looked up at Rebecca who nodded at her to speak.Felicia cleared her throat to force herself calm before speaking, “Queen Esther, I called you with a purpose and I'm sure you might have guessed by now why I called you.” Esther hummed leisurely in response and Felicia continued, “First you need to assure me that you really can help us tracking Keir and Thana.” She got a small laugh in response. “Dear, if it were not in my power then why would you think I would have proposed to you. Don't worry, Redford’s word

“Are you sure you want to do this?” Mason asked his mate who nodded confidently. “Yes, I will do it. If Esther helps us we will take that help and let Lyceon know too. It doesn't matter if he cooperates or not. But we need to tell Allison first after we find Keir and Thana’s whereabouts, which we will know by the evening as Esther mentioned. But yes, only Allison could convince her mate, Mason.” Rebeca sighed as she decided to tell Allison. Mason nodded, supporting her. “She will agree, don't worry. But the problem is the King, I fear his reaction. And He might not listen to Allison and Ashina! That woman is in another world these days. Only if she could help us through that vampire prince.” Felicia sighed. “Anyways, did you call Allison to come out?” Rebecca nodded as they were ready to go out shopping for the coming Luna ceremony. “Yes, she must be ready by now. Wait, let me call her.” “Esther also mentioned she would need Allison. Should we tell her this too?” Mason asked them

“What the hell were you doing there? You almost hurt Rebecca, Lyceon.” Once they were in his room Allison burst on him. “What has gotten into you? Stop being too dramatic about this scenario. You can’t be right every time. You...”Before she could argue further Lyceon yanked her body and slammed her back against the door and grabbed her arms. “So you pulled me here to teach me what’s wrong and what’s right huh? You took me here to preach to me, Mate!” His intimidating tone and sharp gaze made her nervous but she stood on her ground. “Yes, I pulled you here to preach to you because you are forgetting with whom you are fighting in your rage and pride. What will you do? Punish me too with banishment!” She dared to question him and Lyceon twisted his jaws. He shook his head before smirking slightly. “No! For you, I have special punishment, Mate!” His flashed eyes suddenly threw her confidence into the gutter as she swallowed. “Lyceon, they are our friends, our family. Their opinion mat
