'Beeee, w-what are you doing here?' Louis stammered.Barbara burst into a loud laugh. She dropped the bag of popcorn and clapped her hands scornfully.'What am I doing in my best friend's house? On a Saturday? When we supposed to treat ourselves to a nice movie after the long week of work? Really you're asking me that question?' Barbara said as walked further into the sitting room.'You weren't speaking to me. I wasn't expecting you.' Louis shrugged casually. He didn't look as embarrassed as Wendy looked and felt. She sincerely wished the floor could open up and swallow her up whole.'No sign of shame on your face?' Barbara asked Louis.'Why should I be ashamed of anything? You've walked in on me right in the middle of hot hard sex countless times. It's your thing. Your fetish, maybe.' He chuckled.Wendy's heart sank. Again, another proof she'll always be one of his whores. She did not like how she felt at the mere thought of that.Wendy slowly removed herself from the couch and moved

It was Monday already. The weekend went by too quickly. Why wouldn't it? When Louis and his wife did nothing but tumble about naked in of bed, eat, drink wine and tumble back in bed.Wendy was exhausted. In a good way. It felt like she had had sex for the many years she had been celibate. She was so sore. I'm a good way.She stirred in her sleep and opened her eyes and saw she was still in Louis' bed. They had had sex everywhere and had finally landed in his exquisite room. She smiled and snuggled closer into Louis chest. His chest moved up and down as he took soft breaths. Wendy looked up to see his face. He looked so vulnerable. If someone had told her the few days ago that she'll be anywhere near Louis' bed, she would have been so sure that the person was a pathological liar. She closed her eyes and snuggled up even closer. Just then, her phone started to ring. She grabbed the device from the lamp stand before it would wake the man who had pleasured her from his beauty sleep. He de

Wendy sat in her office for hours, doing nothing and seeing no one. She was so bored and wondered why she had thought it was not so bad of an idea to go to work and yet do absolutely nothing. She was so used to having more than enough work at the library. Children would always be a handful. Now she had absolutely nothing to do, no one to talk to. She had had absolutely no human contact since the elevator earlier. And yeah, she was getting so hungry.Maybe she should get out and get food. At least she deserved to eat and stay alive even if she was not doing any work. She stood up from the seat and headed for the door. Stepping out, she shut the door behind her. Everyone she saw was so busy that she felt so useless and inadequate. She was sure that to the smart ones, it was damn obvious that she was just a spectator in the office.'This wasn't so much of a smart choice.' She said to herself.Yes, Louis had given her a bogus title:C.O.O., put her in an office that she knows nothing abou

He knew she had cried a lot. He had heard her through the night. The overly puffy eyes she had the next morning were telltales on their own. Plus the fact that she wouldn't even look him in the face. Oh how he wanted to hold her. He had wanted to break into her room that night, pull her close and comfort her. But if he did that, it would mean he was agreeing to her terms. Why did women always want more? He always made clear to the women that were ever in his life that he was not committing. Most of them agreed at first, or maybe pretended they agreed. They always wanted more. Who could resist having a piece of Louis Shelling? They always felt they would eventually get him to change his mind. Wendy was just different. She made him question a lot about himself. For years he had basked in the euphoria that he was the catch. Everything had always been on his terms. The ladies didn't have any other choice but to conform.Wendy had butted out, like he was nothing. And damn, those thre

Louis followed her. No, she couldn't have said what he had just heard her say. He met up with her just when she was almost at the door to her room.'No you stop there. You can't just throw that in my face and walk away. We're still talking.' Louis barked. She didn't even slow down. 'Well, I am done talking to you.' Wendy insisted and walked into her room. Louis followed. 'You don't get to throw yourself at any man because the first man you slept with, isn't into love. That's self destructive!'Wendy turned to face him. 'That's the issue with you. You think everything is about you. I wasn't having sex before I met you. I had sex with you first. So? You don't think I can move on from that? I never said I want love. I just wanted a committed partner. You made it obvious that I can't get it from you and I have moved on, Louis. If you think it is self destruction, I don't care.' She said.'Wen' He said in a deep husky voice that sent Wendy's heart drumming in her chest. He walked to her
