Chapter 21: Dilemma
Ria's eyes widened upon hearing that statement. Well, that's true. If she just looked at his appearance, Kevin has attracted a lot of girls' attention. Not to mention he was an athletic person. Ria secretly envied the girls who were close to him at that time. Ria slapped herself inside her head. Focus, Ria! "Is that true. That you dated his girlfriend?" Ria asked, raising her eyebrows. “What? Of course not. He said so after seeing his girlfriend flirting with me on the field. I don't take it at all." Kevin pouted. “Ohh.. I thought you were..” Ria muttered. “Hey, I'm not the type who likes woman who is already in a relationship with someone else…” Kevin was still frowning. "After all, a woman who likes to open her legs to anyone for the sake of getting fame is n

Chapter 22: Ghost Patch
Ria decides to go shopping for some ingredients to make cakes and other special dishes considering that today was the anniversary of Kevin's death. But the ghost that she was trying to serve with delicious food, was now sulking on the couch because she didn't want him to going out with her. “I won’t out for long. Anyway, how can I take you? You're not as transparent as before. I don't know what people's reactions will be if they see me walking with a ghost beside me?” Ria fixed her long-sleeved shirt. "They will say that I'm handsome?" Kevin said with a sullen face. Ria gaped in disbelief that this ghost turned out to be so narcissistic! Kevin looked at the girl who was checking her money in the wallet while still making a sullen face. “Come on… I can hide! I promise not to be seen by others!” Kevin raised his index finger

Chapter 23: Susan
"You look beautiful today." Hans said after clearing his throat. "You said that earlier.." Ria said it without looking at Hans who was driving. She pays attention to the road and the bustle of vehicles passing by on this main road. This was a new path that she had never been on before. The event they attended was held in one of the halls in town and Ria had never been there before. So did Kevin. She told Kevin when they had lunch and the ghost didn't seem to know where the building was. Maybe it built after he died. That’s what he said. “Yeah.. that's right… I mean. Every time you are beautiful, but today you are extremely beautiful…” Hans' words broke her reverie. Oh yeah, this man. Somehow Ria wasn't comfortable around Hans. Maybe it's because Ria is always wary o

Chapter 24: Lie
The event went smoothly. After all the sessions had been held, it's time for dinner and all students in all classes even the lecturers chit chat freely to each other. Ria stood in the corner of the room close to a table full of cakes and chocolates as snacks. Hans just went to get a drink for the both of them. She stood holding a plate of tiramisu cake which she thought was very delicious. Ria chewed while looking at the beautiful piece of cake that had been spooned in several parts. Kevin must like this kind of cake. She thought. He is a foodie ghost. Even she ate less than that ghost. Should she make this cake for Kevin? Her birthday is coming up in a few days maybe she can bake this cake and celebrate with Kevin…. Ria gasped with her own thoughts. Why did she always think about that ghost? What's wrong with her? "Ria... You okay?" A voice interrupted her reverie. "Hey, Thomas.. I'm fine." Ria smiled at Thomas who was holding a glass of non alcohol cocktail towards her.

Chapter 25: Bad Timing
Ria glared at Thomas' last sentence. What?! She did catch that right, didn’t she? “How? Who?” She couldn't decipher her words. “My grandfather. He was a basketball coach and PE teacher at a high school near our college building. You’ve seen that school right?” Thomas asked Ria who still looked shocked and also excited to hear this very important information... "Yes, of course." She answered while nodding. “That young man used to go to school there and was also one of my grandfather's students, in fact he was the captain for their team. Grandfather said that he was a smart one and had many achievements in basketball…' Thomas explained.  "Wait a minute. Thomas Gerald… So, your grandfather was John Gerald? Mr. Gerald?" Asked Ria who had just realized th

Chapter 26: Bad Aura
Ria then took a sip of the drink in her hand and looked towards the courtyard beside the Hall. "I don't want to come home too late. So, you can enjoy the party. I want to go home…" Ria smiled a little at Hans who still looked at her with that stupid smile. "I'll ride you home..." Hans said quickly, who immediately followed Ria who already took her step away. She didn't answer him. She got even more irritated. They passed a group of people who were dancing and Ria brushed aside Hans' hand several times who was trying to pull her in the middle of the crowd. "Ria.. Wait!" Hans tried to reach the her hand, with his head getting dizzy and his vision getting blurry. Ria didn't budge and kept walking towards the exit. She had been trying to find a way out of the side hall but found she still had to get out of one of the doors at the front

Chapter 27: Shining Light
Ria told him everything that happened in the event. He nodded along with her words that came to his ears. His hands clenched in anger. Yes. He was angry. He was angry because someone disturbed this girl. Someone was trying to harass his friend. "Next time, if I run into him, I'll scare him till he pisses himself." Kevin again nodded in agreement with the brilliant plan he made himself. "Don't. Don't make contact with anyone for now..” Ria shook her head. "Why?" Kevin asked confused. He could easily scare others without being seen aka poltergeist. "Because we, especially you, have a task that must be completed." Ria answered emphatically. “If someone else like Loren suspected that you were still around and still haunting this house. She will definitely trouble us by causing more drama. I don't want to deal

Chapter 28: Facts
Ria lay down on her bed and tried to sleep. The clock showed it was almost dawn but her eyes still couldn't close. She was still awake with the scene replaying in her head. Why was she silent when a man was touching her?! Not only was it the opposite sex, but that man wasn't human either! He's a ghost!. Ria rolled over and hugged her face with a pillow. She couldn't help but blush and blush. Gosh what was that?  ** She woke up at noon with a throbbing head. ugh! This is what happens if you don't sleep until 5 am. She groans, opened her eyes and immediately got out of bed. Glancing around, she didn't see Kevin anywhere. Maybe he's downstairs, she thought. Right. She promised to take

Chapter29: Special Guest
Ria covered her mouth in disbelief. “Turned out, I am not his son…” Kevin's tone trembled. "I am the child of my mother's affair with those men. That woman doesn't even know who my biological father is. I felt so humiliated and sad. All this time, he the one who I thought was my father. He really cared for and loved me like his own son. He is willing to work hard to support his impudent wife and a son from  his wife's affair…. Ironically, my father knew from the start that I was not his son. When we had time to chat alone back then, he told me everything…” Ria saw Kevin's face which looked flat, but she could see the tears coming out of his eyes. He cried. This ghost was crying and Ria became very sad to hear his story.  “In the end, dad decided to divorce he and the court gav

Chapter 30: The Coach
"Hey everyone, it's Ria. She's my friend that grandpa is waiting for." Thomas introduced Ria to his unknown number of relatives. Meanwhile, Ria just smiled awkwardly and bowed her head politely. They all, without exception, greeted and welcomed Ria warmly. "Okay, come with me." Thomas motioned for her to follow him to another room. Ria nodded and followed him, The house was definitely a house with the same design as Kevin’s. It's just bigger and has a lot of spacious room. Obviously the home of large families. "Ria, as I explained on the phone to you this afternoon. Grandpa is sick. I mean really sick, our family got together because of his declining condition and he also asked us all to see him before he take his last breath.” Thomas said sadly. "I'm glad you came, because when I told him about my friend
