Narin's POV"Miss Pendleton asks that you meet her in her office" the funny-looking troll announced and my eyes bulged out of its sockets.Miss Pendleton? Why is she suddenly requesting my present? Did I do something wrong?Perhaps it may be because I disobeyed her orders and used my magic even after she warned me not to do so.Did she see me transforming the pillow? Or she heard about it from someone else? But who would have told on me? I made sure to be careful not to give myself out before I performed the magic and I am sure Nyx would not be so stupid to rat me out as well, so how on earth did that woman find out?The troll's face lit up in a mocking smug smile, "What is the problem Narin? Not finding it funny anymore?" She mocked, giving that I laughed at first when I opened the door to meet with her silly face and funny-looking hair."Shut up!" I snapped at her and slammed the door on her face. I could hear her annoying cackle from behind the door and felt like clawing at her stu

Nyx's POVI paced up and down our room worriedly, my right hand on my waist as I bit the nails on my other hand mindlessly.I was so bothered and wanted to know what was going on in Aunt Gacia's office.Just then, our room door opened and Narin walked in with an unsmiling face. She walked straight to her corner without sparing me a glance or even acknowledging my presence."What happened Narin? I was so worried about you. Did Miss Pendleton do anything silly?" I asked curiously, walking towards her but she raised her hand to stop me from getting close to her."Stay away from me she-wolf" she spat with bloodshot eyes.Narin looked so mad like she had a fight on her way back to the dormitory."What is the problem Narin? What happened back there?" I requestedSilence..."Come on Narin, you know you can always talk to me about anything. I care about you and don't want to see you hurt" I said genuinely.Narin scoffed at my words, throwing me off guard."You care about me? You were worried

Nyx's POVI felt like someone dumped a huge bucket of ice-cold water on me and my eyes instantly shot open.I could hear some group of guys guffawing beside me and trying to clean my eyes only to see that I was bound to a seat, what the heck?"Wake up, sleepy brains, don't you think you have had more than enough rest?" I heard one of the geeks ask and wanted to glare at him only to wince as soon as the water came in contact with my orbs. They burst out laughing again, "so dumb a princess" one of them muttered with a snicker."Careful there, Clown princess, the liquid on your face has not been used on someone else before, you are the first, and so there is no measure to how acidic or neutral it is yet" I recognized his voice, he was the same person that hit me when I left aunt Garcia's office."What the heck?? Where am I anyways?" I screamed and tried to wriggle myself out of the chair with my eyes tightly shut, but it felt like I was glued down to it."What is wrong with you fools? U

Narek's POVI was taken aback when I felt Nyx's hands wrapped around me in a hug as she cried her eyes out.She looked so vulnerable and weak, I couldn't help but felt a pang of pity for her. Nyx is passing through a lot whether knowingly or unknowingly and the students here are not helping matters.I hear how they curse at her and make a mockery of her. I know about their hatred and jealousy for me the beautiful princess of the Uren pack, I could read their minds and know what they are up to. My arms found their way around Nyx's petite body, and it was soon enveloped in a hug. I began to run my hand through her scalp while whispering consoling words to her ear.I placed a tender kiss on top of her head, and soon her wails melted to hiccups. She began to relax, and after a while, I pulled out of the hug.Her head was bent low in embarrassment, "I'm sorry, sir, I.." "What happened?" I stopped her from apologizing, besides I promised I will always be there for her and I am meaning to

Nyx’s POVI got back to the dormitory to meet the door slightly ajar. My hair rose and my eyes squinted in suspicions.I walked into the room and a gasp escaped my lips, “what the heck happened here?” I asked rhetorically, my eyes scanning the dorm room I share with Narin which was not looking the same. As a matter of fact, everywhere was disarranged like someone made a run in the room. Then it hit me, “Did Narin really leave?” I muttered within myself and picked up my phone to hear her reasons for leaving.I dialed her line to find her phone ringing on her side table. She did not leave with her phone and I know Narin well that she cannot forget her phone for any reason. Something doesn’t feel right here. “Narin!” I began to call her name but she did not seem close. Narin seemed to have disappeared into thin air because no matter how hard I shouted her name, she was not answering. I bit my fingers worriedly and passed about our room deep in thoughts, “where could she be? Narin is not
