Lia had already turned to return to the room when her legs stopped. Before one could say Jack she found herself beside the couch which he lay and watched him snoring quietly. Tempted to feel his beautifully knitted brows, she extended her hand but his hand grabbed it and in a blink of eye crashed onto his chest. LIA’S POV I had just snuck back in when I heard a knock on the door. For a moment, my mind jumped and I wondered if anyone had seen me. I took off the clothings I wore, stuffed them into my wardrobe and slipped into my night dress. “Enter,” I called out as I climbed into bed. LIA I woke up the next day with my entire body feeling knackered. When I opened my eyes, it was strange–the bed I lay in was not the usual one I slept and woke up in. The scent was different.
